I am new to working with this company but thus far they have spent a great deal of time trying to understand my vision for my book. They stay in close communication and offer up writing frequently for my review. It is a good marriage of minds and my book will get done in half the time with half the frustration.

I have submitted a claim with the BBB that they have FAILED to respond with. LOOK AT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! THEY ARE NOT LISTED AS A REPUTABLE COMPANY STRAIGHT FROM THE WEBSITE! To anyone who wants an HONEST review, please feel free to email me Ericaljuarez08.at.gmail.com(remove the .at. and replace it with the symbol). I can provide you with actual screenshots of them charging me as well as the ghosting. They stole my money after I confronted them about having me purchase another package when I was supposed to give a flat fee. Check them out on the Better Business Bureau(They've never responded to any of the claims against them). They are also listed on a website known for exposing con artists. I was convinced they were legitimate when they worked with me for up to two months. But the MOMENT they asked for me to pay for the ISBN with a $800 package they started back tracking until they even finally stopped responding to me entirely. I'm in a merchant dispute with them and have been fighting them for months to get my money back. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Do not listen to ANYTHING Jason, Noah, Mike, or Harry say! They went as far as to talk crap to strangers about the people they've screwed over. I'm STILL waiting for them to honor their 'money back guarantee'. I have been nothing but nice and civil with these people until they started ghosting me. I will make it my mission to ensure EVERYONE knows about them! They think that ignoring me will make me go away, but I will NEVER go away. My petty levels can thrive off of being wronged for YEARS. This could have been avoided if they simply refunded my money and done away with me.
Ghostwriting is efficient, swift and knows how to come up with excellent well-tailored work. They provided me an amazing level of comfort and delivered exactly what I was expecting. I Will hit up on you guys again!
If I could give half of one star, I would. On April 1, 2021, I paid a $280 deposit for book promotions services from this company but after my due diligence and dealing with an aggressive salesman named Harry, I decided not to move forward with them. I requested a refund of my deposit and on April 7, 2021, Amanda S Barnes, Senior Project Manager sent me an email stating that I would receive a full refund of my $280 deposit within 45 working days as per their company's policy. That would put us at June 9th. It is now July 26th and they won't even respond to an email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! FRAUDS
I entered into a contract for the editing and publication of a book 4 months ago with Professional Book Writing. They have acknowledged receipt of payment but have provided no goods or services to date. They hide their true identity in their business documents by remaining anonymous. They refuse to remedy the situation or refund my money. Beware of doing business with this company.
It is a pleasure working with Amanda, Jason and the entire team at Professional Book Writing. They made the process seamless and ironed out any creases along every step. My 10 year old daughter has published her first book, The Adventure Begins: A collection of 10 short stories and we are super excited and thankful for their support along the way.
I worked with Jason at professional book writing. He was prompt, attentive, professional and an absolute joy to work with. Many young authors feel uncertain crediting others for their work, i was one of them. I surely needed help so i could have a book professionally written, but it made me skeptical to credit someone else for contributing to my book. Luckily, these guys at professional book writing took care of the ghostwriting needs for me without even taking credit for anything. I'm genuinely happy!
