August 22, 2024 order
On Aug 22, 2024 I ordered from their legal psychedelic mushroom.com page. Their website states they take Visa, MC, Paypal and Venmo. When it came time to pay for the order (minimum of $250.00 their rep Dianne said they could only take Apple Cash. She actually helped me set up Apple Cash, taking $280.00 out of that account and sent me a receipt in email for my purchase. The next day "the owner" called and texted me to say I had to bump up the order to $500.00 in order for their delivery person to accept it. I asked for a refund knowing this had to be a scam; Dianne said they would refund my money if I submitted an email asking for a refund. Once again the owner pipes in saying Dianne didn't understand that they cannot offer a refund since my order was already in their system, albeit on hold until I bumped up the order to the higher $500.00. I have not received my order nor have they issued a refund. This company is a total scam; I wish I had read older reviews before I got scammed by them also. Is there anyone out there that knows how to get my money back from these fraudsters?

TOTAL SCAM OPERATION
This outfit totally RIPPED ME OFF! BEWARE this business! I paid $160.00 and was scammed- the person at the other end of 720-924-1694, the contact number that was listed on the website - took my money, then posed as the delivery company, asking for more and more “refundable” money to deliver the package. Guess I should have seen through this. Never received the product, of course and I am out $287.00! Total ripoff operation! (This review has been updated)

I was ripped off by these people too. Only they told me 100.00 was needed for Custom Clearance I argued and argued it was all in Denver so there couldn’t be a customs charge. This was said to be completely refunded. My delivery time came and went with nothing, then I’m told there is another fee that has to be collected before delivery.I being the gullible person I am paid all. So I am now in for over 300.00, which I could not afford to lose. I’m really upset right now because this is happening now. I’m so disappointed in them and in myself for believing them.Friday I was supposed to have my package delivered, and the money given back by Zelle.I don’t want to give it away, but they are going to pay. And if they continue to take money it will include jail time. I do have to tell you also they changed the names at the Freight Co. Mathew Phillips was the back end scammer.

FRAUD ALERT WARNING!!!! Do not make purchases from website: psilocybinmushroomdispensary.comThe name on the website is Magic Mushrooms Dispensary (based in Denver, CO) and the email address is psilocybinmushroomdispensary at gmail.com.My experience: I placed an order on July 31st for 3 items totaling $185, then received a text from # 719-396-2855, stating that standard shipping is an additional $20 and payment of $205 is to made via Zelle to Marquala Gibson - gibsontoni22 at gmail.com. I complied and was given a tracking # for Express Shipping & Freight. The shipment was supposed to be delivered on 8.04.22 but never came. Instead, I received an email from Mr. George Pelikan, supposedly from Express Shipping & Freight, stating $150 was needed for 'Refundable Restricted Stamps'. I also received a text from #747-228-2593, Mr. Howard, with the same request. This all seemed odd so I sent an email to the email address listed on the website, cancelling the order and requesting a refund of $205 paid. No responses. I doubt I'll ever get back the $205. I'm providing these details so no one else is duped. I have all the text messages and emails from 'Express Shipping & Freight' as proof. I also plan to report this to Denver's Consumer Protection Office and to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.
