I went to Melissa at Pampered Soul to have eyebrow and eyeliner tattoo. Although, I dont expect guarantees, within 6 to 9 months the eyebrow had faded and Melissa had mentioned that she would expect them to last 5yrs up to 10yrs. My main grievance now is in her response to my contacting her to explain that they had faded and asking what she suggest can be done. Her responses were extremely unprofessional and disappointing at her complete lack of interest and even accusing me of harassment when responding to her texts. I would at least expect her to care and do her best to resolve my issue. I had never asked her to do anything for no fee, but clearly having paid full price, very disappointing for it to fade that quickly. I hope she does publish my messages to her as she threatened to do, as I believe it will be a poor reflection on her.
