Cover design was actually really good
Cover design was actually really good, that was the highlight. Everything else felt pretty cookie cutter, also my cover gets good compliments every time someone picks the book up.

Honestly not the worst experience
Honestly not the worst experience. My book came out looking clean and the formatting team was responsive. Just don't expect any real marketing effort from them that part is completely on you regardless of what package you buy.

My manuscript was a mess
My manuscript was a mess, and deep down I knew it. Zoflox editor was honest about what wasn't working but didn't make me feel bad about it. She pointed out things I genuinely could not see myself. Stuff that had been sitting right in front of e the whole time.took a couple of weeks and a few back and forth emails but by the end the book read so much better.
