Qgeem Thunderbolt 4 Mini Dock A Bust
Based on both company claims --"Leading the Times Technology: QGeeM Thunderbolt 4 Docking Station is committed to providing unparalleled simplicity, the highest performance and the most reliable connectivity" -- as well as Amazon rating of 4.5 stars, I purchased the Qgeem Thunderbolt 4 Mini Docking Station on January 27, 2023 from Amazon, where Qgeem additionally boasted "18-month warranty, and friendly customer service". Turns our they have none of the above. Within 10 months the product failed. After some circuitous emailing, Qgeem did some walking back on their support boasts: "Our products provide 3 months free return, 6 months free maintenance and 18 months free consultation service. Since your purchase is beyond the 3-month free returns period or more, I can no longer arrange a refund or exchange for you. If you return the product to our warehouse for repair, it will cost you high shipping costs and a lot of time. Our suggestion is: refund 30% of your order amount as a repair fee, what do you think?"Well, I thought I'd take that offer, but as it turns out, that was also exaggerated.... and evaporated almost as quickly as it had appeared. Subsequent emails to support01 at qgeem.com were never answered. So, buyer beware of Qgeem substandard items offered as premium, at premium prices with lofty claims. Oh yeah, Amazon couldn't care less....Good luck, mates!

Very bad product and customer service
Very bad product and customer service. Product fails within a year and when you mail QGeem for support and warranty they just don't respond. Please look for another brand as their product quality and service is non existent.

HDMI to mini Display Port stay away!
Received my HDMI to mini Display Port adapter quickly from China. IT DOES NOT WORK. Despite being advertised as suitable for my exact type of display. No way of connecting my new computer to my new monitor. Very disappointed.

No E-Mail response No products receive
I bought a product on May 8, 2021 where I was charged the same day. I still have not received the product (28.05.2021) and no follow-up of delivery and no answers in spite of 2 E-Mail reminders. However on the website it is well indicated between 4-7 days for the international delivery. I have filed a complaint but unfortunately I think that it will be without follow-up. To be avoided!

Unprefessional company
I placed an order for a Display Link adapter. Their website said it will reach me within 5 days in Germany. After 5 days, I emailed their customer support. Never got any reply. The next day, the order was cancelled without any explanation or reply and I got my refund.Meanwhile, I wasted 5 days then had to order again from Amazon.I think their customer support doesn't exist or they don't know how to handle customers in a professional way. A reply would be a "normal" response when your customer reach out to you about an order.

Not impressed
So far, I have nothing good to say about this company. When I ordered, it said I would have it by Friday, it is now the following Tuesday and not even a peep from them. I was going to install the tracing app they use but that seems like there is a high likelihood of malware or getting my email sold. I have tried to contact them a couple of differnet ways, so let see what happens now.

It arrived next day. Good quality and good value. Completely satisfied. Packed with minimum packaging so no wastage. I would reccomend.
