First off, for Emtek premium hardware, the price was competitive. Akiva was helful, and efficient in building/properly formatting my order, and the delivery times were good.

Akiva oversaw the whole ordering process, assured me that the timing would work out fine even though a much longer timeframe was quoted on the site, and, in fact, everything DID work out just as he promised with a discount to boot. It was a pleasure to work with Akiva and I'm thrilled that we opted for Quality Bath over the other options we had for this faucet.

Consistent Quality Service

Quality Bath consistently provides excellent products and service alike. They employees communicate quickly and well. Here, when I realized that a product I ordered had a long lead time, Tziporah moved quickly to swap for a different product that would arrive promptly. I'm grateful!

Fantastic Customer Service!!

I can't express strongly enough what a great experience I had! Josh was fantastic. He helped me source a product I needed and got it to me incredibly quickly. It arrived 2-3 days before I was expecting. Fantastic customer service. I will be using again for sure.

Great Customer Service

Quality Bath had exceptional prices on the best products! It is what drew me to their company. However their customer service is what will keep me as a repeat customer. When we had a minor issue with our new sink, I was immediately greeted with a willingness to help make it right by Adina. The uncommon part was I was able to work with the same person to remedy the situation over a span of several weeks. I never had to explain the issue again or be transferred to another department or person. Adina was quick to respond and efficient in handling every aspect of the situation. Quality Bath really understands customer service and Adina represented those values in every interaction. Their customer service values and having people like Adina onboard the team is what separates them from the rest.

$9000 toilet arrived cracked, followed procedures, Quality bath did not fix situation

On January 18, 2024, I purchased a Toto Neorest NX1 Dual Flush Toilet (1.0 GPF & 0.8 GPF)through the quality bath website and I financed the transaction through Affirm, Inc.The total purchase amount was $8,265.77. The item was delivered to my storage unit on or aboutJanuary 28, 2024. Upon opening the packaging the same day, I discovered that the toilet wascracked.I immediately notified QualityBath.com and provided photographic evidence of the concealeddamage. The exterior of the packaging was intact and showed no signs of visible damage, asconfirmed by the photographs and consistent with the company’s published damage-freeguarantee policy. Under that policy, damage to the contents not apparent on the outside of thebox must be reported within seven (7) days—which I did.Despite timely and diligent efforts to resolve this issue with both QualityBath.com and throughAffirm’s dispute resolution process, my claim was denied without valid justification. Affirmhas failed to issue a refund or otherwise provide a resolution, despite being presented with clearevidence, including correspondence, images of the damage, and citations to the seller's ownpolicy terms. I have also attempted resolution through the Better Business Bureau and directcommunication with the merchant, without success.Lea from Quality bath alleged a few things; one that that the photos of the box had two serial numbers, and two that the pallet looked different than the one their security camera shows they shipped it on. The two serial numbers was simple, Toto confirmed it occasionally happens that other the item or box gets double stamped with a serial number and that it does not matter as long as I have proof of purchase. I don't disagree with the pallet looking different. Obviously if the freight company was able to create such a massive crack in such an expensive toilet, they would be capable of damaging the pallet in transit/cracking it, or having to transfer the item to a new pallet. To this day I have not received a replacement or refund and I am out $9000. Do not do business with these people.

Dov went above and beyond

Dov was great to work with. I appreciate him taking the extra time to call after an order I placed looked incomplete. He was attentive and thoughtful without being pushy. I will certainly look to Quality Bath first next time I'm looking to shop for things for the house and business.

Mimi in sales and Lea in warranty/parts are two pros! Years after I purchased our plumbing fixtures they are still there supporting their customers. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and responsibe. It it always a pleasure to do business with them and Quality Plumbing!

Very Helpful and Responsive
