Website and apps look and feel like they are from the '90-ies. Very little control over what music that is played and when it is finally playing, most of it sounds like it is just AI generated, which it is.

I tried several times to log in but it always tells e that the login failed.I also tried to change the password but nothing.Terrible service

Honestly, if I had me as a customer I would need a good thick pillow to scream in to. Spencer is awesome. And so fast to respond even with the huge time difference.
Customer service is very responsive and helpful. So far it's been a positive experience.

When played from app on android the music keeps playing when talking on the phone. Pretty annoying.
Everything is working as planned :) I choose genre etc. and just click play. What else would i need!?

Well i was extremely satisfied. I have uploaded a lot of songs & some of my catalogue to Audiosparx & Radiosparx. A lot were accepted! However today I went to look for emails from audiosparx because it says my account doesn't exist.And is asking me to fill out a new Application. So I am not sure what is going on.The site took me a lot of time to upload my catalogue AND put the right proper info. A LOT OF HOURS.So this is extremely frustrating & Unreliable.
I really like the choice of music, but it's a bit glitchy and regularly cuts out. This could also be my internet connection, but I dont have this problem with anything else as we are on Fibre.
