I ordered a LP from this company
*** IMPORTANT Update ***May 4, 2024 I had given this company a very low score of 1 star. I have since edited my review. The problems I was having was explained to me that the new web site was having kinks and things get lost in the shuffle. The company has gotten in touch with me and did follow through with their "Pride ourselves in our customer service" I am impressed with the service I received. Everything is made right. I will keep this company as one I will do business with. I thank them for their time and help with the problem.******************************************I ordered a LP from this company - had picture of item and cost. I received email stating all was good. Received item and it was not what was pictured. I sent email to request info to return album. They state on website that they accept returns with date of 14 days. It has now been 2 days and no contact from compony. I expected better service. ********April 29, 2024 and still no response from Red Zeppelin.
