Excellent customer service
After I ordered the incorrect SAVI 8240 headsets, Johanna was quick to respond with the quickest way to get the correct SAVI 8245 headsets to my office. Delivery time was faster than expected for both the original and the correct units.As far as the headsets themselves, they work perfectly as advertised. I would buy from Reef Telecom again.
