Worst sales and customer service ever
The sales guy named Joseph never showed up in the meeting on time, or even never showed up. I wonder what kind of the sales/customer service this company has. You setup a schedule with clients, then you didn't show up. Not just one time, but many times. Or if you joined the meeting, you would be late for at least 15 mins, with many excuses, and it kept happening again and again. Worst service ever. You should either fire him or check the customer/sales service again. I encounter this problem not just 1 time, my HR dept also faced this when they setup a schedule with you to see a demo.
