I started working with Mike Costigan WELL OVER TEN YEARS AGO because I wanted to expand into selling bank-owned properties — and sell I did. With Mike’s guidance and systems, I became the primary agent in my county representing Freddie Mac, and I continue to sell their properties TODAY. Over the years, I’ve also represented several other financial institutions and achieved great success in that field.
Working with Mike Costigan and his team has been a game-changer. Their approach is refreshingly clear, professional, and rooted in real-world experience, which makes every interaction feel purposeful and impactful. Mike can sell. If you're looking for a course, this isn't a bad option; it could be a good option. Now, I wasn't looking for a course. I sell a lot of real estate - enough to make me one of the very top at a brokerage of over 100+, each market is different from the other - I wanted a coach who I could learn from by reading into my market with me. But I got a course - make sure what you're purchasing is what you're expecting to receive.
This coaching program has been Absolutely fantastic! Mike has been there to teach and train us personally which has been a great experience all around. Information you won't find easy. I recommend this program to anyone looking to improve in there Real Estate business.
