My room was supposed to be compt tonight from my Boyd rewards points - I was told my total cost after my credit card to hold for incidentals ($100.00 and would be returned at checkout, would be the cost of the tax which comes out to $22.00).I just received my bill via text message saying my total cost for one night is almost $800.00.That’s crazy This is crazy to think I would take the time to call the hotel and book give my information and rewards card information and they still get it wrong.I stay at hotels all the time in this area including Lowe downtown KC - they don’t even charge half this much for 1 night.Very disappointed and definitely not agreeing to pay this amount, when it is supposed to be a comp room.David Miller Wichita, KS
Tried to book at Hampton inn and they took my credit card info and hung up on me 2x stating 2 separate incidental rates one for $50 and the other call stated $100. Jorge made it much easier to book a room during this stressful time for my family bc of death of my sister. Thanks Jorge! Hope the stay is pleasant.

My experience with the person making our reservations, did an awesome job. I was very pleased with her professionalism, making sure the information given was accurate.
The man i spoke with was very nice very professional and was a pleasure to speak with. If you had more agents like him you would definitely have way more business

I asked the woman on the phone multiple times if the room was smoking, she assured me it was more than once when I went to check into the room they told me the whole building was non-smoking and I could not get my money back

My reservationist was very very professional. Even though l had trouble with my devise, lsabella was very, very patient during the hotel booking process and seemed like there was a smile on her face, although l could not see her, all the time it took for my devise to upload my information. Thank you, Isabella.
The tall brown guy is always rude. The white older lady is awful. She threatened me saying I'll kick you out even if you paid for me ordering food from door dash
My experience with Best Western Hotel was amazing. They presented me with discounts and accommodations for my issues that I had with another hotel. They welcomed me with open arms.
