(Almost) A seamless delivery
Honestly it was sheer luck that you guys had a game that was really hard to find in Singapore. But the process of obtaining the game was relatively smooth! Despite having a delay in the delivery due to lack of address details (that's on me, I didnt specify), I managed to get a hold of the game pretty quickly. Compliments to the liaison officer for answering my questions diligently :)

A Fine Service.
Products as described, arrived in good condition and reasonably packaged. Not super quick, but UK -> Aus during a Pandemic, 3 weeks is alright. Didn't have any communication with the retailer at all, but there wasn't need for it. I paid, they confirmed, the product arrived. The end.
