I'm not happy that my lowest choice for rating is 1 star.They deserve -5 stars. They have been ripping me off since December 2023, every month, approximately $26 for a round refill razor blade that I NEVER agreed to! I have tried countless times to cancel, both emails and phone calls, but no response. I turned to PayPal for help, but they just sent me to a selection of ReVamp sites.
Fraud! AVOID REEVAMP IN DUBAI! They sell fake iphones! First time they gave the phone with SIM card issue, couldn’t use it for calls. Then they change it to a new phone with camera problems! We couldn’t make a video/photo. It was present for mom to other country. It was difficult to send it there and send back two times and very disappointing, because it was a birthday gift. We sped more money to fix the phone and spent all our nerves. They don’t give money back after 2 weeks, only “new” fake phone. So don’t even think to deal with them!!!
charging me a monthly fee and i only ordered one time deal. You owe me $23.99. or send me the product you charged me for......I have never gotten it. Your quick reply is appreciated.
Ive never heard of them and was billed $100.69. Left 2 messages with no response.

More than 70% of the screen was damaged, We sent the vendor the defective screens and USPS couldn't delivery and returned back to us. The vendor said he can't send us the return shipping label after requesting a label. Need to file a claim. Bad customer service and such a waste of time.

This company is amazing! They are 100% real and they saved me from losing my home during this coronavirus pandemic. I can’t rely on unemployment right now so this was my absolute last resort. Scammers! BEWARE!! I sold them my brand new Iphone 11 pro max and they said that the package I sent to them was empty. They said they have a video to prove it but then ghosted me when I asked for the video. Avoid this shady company at all costs I am now out over $1,000. The other 2 reviews must be Fake and written by them.
I reviewed multiple places to trade my phone in online. ReVamp was in the top 3 for the trade in amount. I did not see many reviews but I took a chance. Shipped (FREE) the phone in on 2/21...device delivered to them the evening of 2/24...I received gift card (my choice, you can choose Amazon gift card, paypal, or a check) today 2/25. FULL amount quoted. I am making sure to leave a review on all sites incase someone is skeptical. ReVamp Electronics is legit and quick!
First time ever selling a used device. I normally just keep my old phones but I had a 8plus 256gb and figured I should be able to get a decent amount for it. The process was so easy and they send emails every step of the way. Once the condition of the phone was verified I received payment immediately. I will be checking to see if they’ll buy my daughters galaxy or any other device.
