A True Partner
Revelator has a saying: "You are not just a client, you're a partner." We’ve been with them for nearly two years now, and that could not be more true.Whenever I have a question or issue, they get back to me the same day or next business day. They don’t demonize my ideas, and they’re objective about our goals for scaling catalog. The one thing they don’t do is let you run around like a cowboy. The music industry may be the Wild West, but the team at Revelator takes their connections to DSPs very seriously. If you’re getting pushback, there will always be a clear reason for it.There are few white-label services that offer true unlimited scale while still letting you do your own inspection. Once I read the DSP style guides and the entire Revelator FAQ, avoiding issues became simple—we just had to implement systems that met all those requirements. We’re going strong with nearly 10,000 artists and five times that many songs. The longer we stay with them, the fewer issues we have.I was also fortunate enough to meet some of the team in person at Music Biz this year in Atlanta—they’re even more personable… well, in person.Leaving our company name anonymous due to the unrelenting anger I’m seeing in one-star reviews. Who are you going to believe more? Someone who was terminated after being caught for something, or someone in charge of a substantial mid-level roster who has nothing but good things to say—and active access?Times are changing. This isn’t 2016. The priority is on organic, genuine catalog alongside public-facing, real artists. Even with all our songs live in stores, Revelator forwards anywhere from 5–12 fines in a given month—out of over 55,000 songs. My point is, there are absolutely ways to avoid issues at scale, and there are clear indicators of negligence regardless of how large your catalog is.Partnering with Revelator has given us the tools to truly stand out and double down on what we do best. If you’re an indie label, promoter, film sync library, or publisher, I really can’t think of a better company to partner with!

Unable to get any help
Unable to access platform, music has been live for ten years and it is very difficult to access support. The helpdesk platform recognises my email but refuses my requests to get support or reset password (password not recognised). None of my emails are responded to. I have tried multiple times to fix my account, over the last year, but it is like banging my head repeatedly. They promised phone support but it does not seem to exist.

To shorten it up
To shorten it up. They are withholding royalties cause of "suspected artificial activity"The funny thing is they have no proof. Its just them "analyzing" the stats. Seems their way of doing this is made by a 5 year old.So basically they will keep you money and wont be able to proof their points. STAY AWAY!

Revelator is notorious for stealing…
Revelator is notorious for stealing your Distribution Company's Royalties. My experience working with this company for over two years has been horrendous and I am going to mention why.I have recorded a screen-recording video and posted it on YouTube demonstrating how they stole our royalties. If you want to see the video. Just go to YouTube and search 'Revelator Music Distribution Scam Exposed - How They Stole Our Money'1) They are thieves and they will do anything to steal your royalties. They used very different tactics to steal our royalties in the name of Artificial Streaming. They accused our artists of using bots to stream music yet our catalogue had big artists such as Buju Banton. DSPs such as Spotify and Apple Music will NEVER pay out royalties to distribution companies if they know for a fact the artists used artificial streaming. Like why should the DSPs lose money and pay out illegal royalties? So the fact that these DSPs paid out royalties to Revelator and they decided to take our royalties is malicious. If those Royalties were illegitimate, why did Revelator keep the money in their pockets and not Return to Spotify? We spoke to a Spotify representative who told us Revelator have never returned those Royalties.Revelator have stolen over $45,000 of our artists' royalties by using these tactics since 2023.Revelator once accused my artists of iTunes Artificial Download. This is something that i have never heard of yet I have been making music and releasing for over 20 years. Straight up ridiculous. Like how is it possible for a bot to download music on iTunes using a credit card? They refused to pay out those royalties which was over $4000 for that particular album alone. In our YouTube video, there is evidence of this.Revelator also once stole royalties of my artist J-VAD by accusing the artist of not matching the song metadata and the artwork. Oh My God. When we came here on Trust Pilot and called out Revelator for their scam they deleted analytics data from our account and deleted our account when we said we were going to expose them further. If Revelator are a honest and sincere company, why should they delete such crucial information with has our artist's financial statements? What are they hiding ? What don't they want the world to know?Revelator are so greedy that they would steal royalties that they are not supposed to steal. They would come and accuse our artists of using bots to stream music on Spotify but then they would go ahead and withhold the artist royalties for Apple Music, Deezer, YouTube etc. Lets assume the artist did Violate Terms by using bots to stream music on Spotify, why should they also keep the artist's royalties for other music stores where they did not commit Artificial Streaming. Isn't this greediness?Just so you know. NONE of our artist's ever committed artificial streaming violations. Revelator made this all upI have so much dirt on Revelator with evidence and anyone who would want more info should check out our scathing YouTube review about Revelator. Since we posted that video on YouTube at least 3 companies have reached out to talk about their horrific experience. Please guys. DONT WORK WITH REVELATOR or else you will be crying in the shower on how they stole your money.More blogs are coming to talk about Revelator. If you guys want to read more on how they have scammed multiple people simply Google'Rockerz Magazine Expose Revelator Scam''Spinnit Radio Expose Revelator Scam''Urban Hits Magazine Expose Revelator Scam'We left Revelator in January 2025 but they have been secretly been distributing our music without our knowledge and collecting royalties.Revelator also threatened us they will not pay our royalties if we do not delete this review. Isn't this blackmail? Bruno Guez and that Bastard Yoktan should be in JAIL

I'll be brief, because there's much to tell...
I don't like to waste time on things like these. So I won't extend too much. If you want details (if Revelator ever reads this), ask me.I tried to build up a distributor with these people. I started the process with them first. I felt abandoned during the whole process, the Hispanic guy answered my emails weeks later (thanks to the typical messages: did you read the last message). I can see when they open the emails (I won't explain how). Everything we talked about was ok, no prob. After more than two months, and because I sent another message after exactly 3 weeks, they told me it's not possible. What kind of customer service is this? Well, in the meantime, I built up two distributors in less than two weeks. NO WONDER THE COMMENTS BELOW. They want your money and forget about you.

Scam
Scam. Never got my money/analytics. Hate this. Wish I could give -5 stars. Banned me b/c I redistributed a song from another distributor. I used Lay Distribution and Kami Records. I tried to contact Revelator via the Revelator support website. They said their support was for labels and distributors only. Hope nobody ever joins them again. :((((((((

Extremely bad customer service
Extremely bad customer service. I had an appointment with them and they didn't show up, I waited for them for 1 hour, they didn't even send me any email notification too.

It's a shame...
An artist from this company has stolen my song. I emailed Revelator and instead of helping me out, they are contesting the authority of my OWN SONG! I sent multiple proof and evidence of ownership, yet they have done nothing to take action against such infringement. They have refused to email me back, and they are illegally making profit from my song! Karma has a way of acting accordingly..
