Ride Engines Customer Service is appaling. Wanted to buy a jet ski sledge. Nobody picks up any phone lines. Then you leave a message someone calls you back 4 days later without even having listened to your message and is unable to give you any information on delivery times. Unacceptable
Really bad product and customer service, for such a hyped brand. Every product I got from them had issues.Travel Pump - Leakes air like crazy, its a pain to useBackpack - Poor finish (I chose to fix myself to avoid more waiting time)Safety Leash - Disconnect by itself from the harness when kiting - Very dangerous situation!Carbon Elite Harness - The harness opened while kiting and I was in the water without the harness and kite, since all drifted away! Really dangerous situation! Had to use zip tie in a 500euros+ harness, top of the line and brand new to keep using it in my trip.Kitesurfing is dangerous and you must trust your gear, had several harness and leashes they never performed like this, its set and forget, unfortunately this is not the case with RE.Request a solution from my local kite shop in Barcelona who contacted Ride Engine.Safety leash: More than 8 months - No solutionElite Harness: Since January 23 and no solution They have good marketing and top riders in their advertisement, but they have a really poor quality gear and bad customer service. Dont belive the hype!
