The worst customer service I’ve ever…

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bike was delivered part assembled by them. Bike was faulty on arrival (braking system which they installed) They did not want to accept any responsibility and kept referring me to use an independent company to rectify at my expense. I took it to Halfords and the guys there were super helpful. They identified that the bike had been fitted with faulty brake pads which was causing resistance and juddering/noise when using the brake. After multiple emails back and forth they finally agreed to send replacement pads foc but refused to cover the cost to have them installed. This bike was over £500 and delivered in a state not fit for purpose. Appalling service and won’t be buying from them again

These guys are an absolute joke

These guys are an absolute joke. I was delivered a damaged wpb 190 6 weeks ago. Cosmetic and engine damage. The bike doesn't even run. I've been going back and forth the entire time to try and solve the issue. Expect 1 email a week reply, usually not even answering the questions, i suspect in a hope to get customers to go away. Literally the worst purchase experience of my life. 1200 pound down the drain. I've got to go to citenzens advice and go through trading standards to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

was happy with the electric bike which…

was happy with the electric bike which unfortunately only lasted about 5 months. I spoke to them and they said they only gave 3 months guarantee. I bought 2 new controllers and motor and still not working. Turns out its the battery at fault. All in all about £500 wasted. Will not return emails and apart from one guy who it was hard to speak to were unhelpful or at least not really that bothered. It was my understanding that under British law you had 1 years guarantee and under EU law electrical items had a 2 year warranty. Considering legal now but ultimately I would avoid.

I made a purchase for 6 items

I made a purchase for 6 items. They sent one with UPS snd the rest untracked with Royal Mail they said. I recieved the UPS item but not the itens sent via Royal Mail. They would not give me a refund for the items I did not receive. I had to claim via the full extent of PAYPAL. They were rude on the telephone and seemed to think they had done nothing wrong. They said they would only refund me for the missing items if they turned up back with them. I would not purchase anything from this company.
