To update my bed, I also added the textured Cotton Coverlet. It feels soft but still structured enough to stay put, which I really value. It provides warmth without heaviness and gives the bed a clean, understated look. This piece alone made my bedroom feel more put together, and it reinforced my appreciation for Riley Home’s attention to detail.
The Four Layer Coverlet & Shams Set works well for layered bedding. It’s breathable and easy to adjust depending on the season. The fabric feels sturdy and well stitched. It’s been easy to care for so far.
This company is extremely shady. They’ve recently added a bunch of fake reviews to this page, not sure how trustpilot is allowing this. They don’t ship to outside of the US, so how are there reviews from GB? Their website reviews are even fake, very short sketchy reviews with no verification. This company used to be great and have great customer service but I suspect it has been sold overseas as the quality has sharply declined and you can’t find any information on anyone who works here. They quietly reversed their warranty from 5 years to 3 years and notice how on their website they have not had any new products or even new products photos for YEARS. They also constantly have sales now while increasing their prices a ridiculous amount over the past year, not a good sign of business. If you do a quick research, you’ll find nothing but negative reviews. All of their “press reviews” on their site are either very outdated or fake. Their social media has almost no interactions or real customer photos. Buyer beware

I ordered a luxury bath towel in a darker ocean-blue tone and didn’t expect to notice such a difference compared to my old ones. It’s thick, absorbs moisture fast, and doesn’t feel heavy or stiff after drying. Even after washing, it stayed plush and well-shaped.

I had a frustrating experience with customer support response time was slow and communication wasn’t very helpful. That part definitely needs improvement.However, I did receive the Mosaic Cotton Quilt, and the product itself is absolutely perfect. The quality, fabric, and finish are exactly as expected soft comfortable and beautifully made.So while customer service could be much better, the product quality really impressed me.

Do not do business with this company. The product was a poor quality, so I returned two separate orders of towels.Both orders were approved for return and mailed to Riley with the shipping labels provided. After hearing nothing, I contacted Riley about my refund. They processed the refund on one of the orders. But now over a month after their receipt of the return, they will not process the second refund. Their customer service has been absolutely useless, telling me the same nonsense every time, that they are working on it, ignoring the fact that I have already proven their receipt of the return.They will not let you talk to anyone with actual authority to fix the problem. Stay away! I’ve had to contact the BBB.
I had a very bad experience with Riley Home, similar to some of the other reviews here. I made a large purchase of towels, sent some of them back (using their very onerous process!) and they claimed they never received the return although the tracking record showed delivery to their warehouse dock. Things were so bad and their treatment of me so cavalier that I filed complaints with the BBB and NY AG’s office. This was in September. However, recently (end of December) the new CEO reached out personally to say that they had reviewed recent records and were trying to re-vamp and improve customer service. They offered me a full refund and were very solicitous and courteous. So it looks like things are now different. Their products are so good, premium and impressive, so if they are setting things right in customer service, they’ll be a truly first-rate online retailer. Under the current leadership, I highly recommend them.
Total scam. They may have delivered items in the past. As of 12/5/25 there have been many reports of people not receiving their orders. Don’t waist time or money with these scam artists.
WORST experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money. For the price you can get far better items elsewhere. Like others, I received no shipping details. After a few weeks I reached out to them and asked to change the delivery address since this was a Christmas gift and was clearly not going to arrive in time for me to wrap and travel with. I was told the address was updated (it was not). When I finally got the delivery, I realized an item was missing. No e-mail or communication that the item would not be in the package nor did the service agent mention this when we were chatting a week prior. When I reached out, they said the item was out of stock with no return date and therefore no date of when it would ship. I asked for a refund MULTIPLE times and they just asked if I wanted to replace with an in-stock item. I asked for a refund again with no response. I finally just decided to submit a complaint with BBB. I figure this might be the best way to get my money back. DO NOT purchase from Riley Home unless you want to deal with their incompetent service team and weeks to get your items (if you ever do).

I would give a zero star if I could. This is hands down one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.I placed an order on December 3, specifically as a Christmas gift, and weeks later I still have no product, no shipping update, and no meaningful communication. At this point, I don’t even know if the order actually exists beyond the charge on my card.Customer service is practically nonexistent. There is no live person to speak with — the phone system only dumps you into voicemail. I left two voicemails that were completely ignored. I also sent three emails. I received one response after two days to the first email, and then… silence. No follow-up, no explanation, no resolution.If you’re going to take customers’ money, the bare minimum is communication. This company fails at even that. Missing a holiday delivery is bad enough, but ghosting customers afterward is unacceptable.Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company, especially if the item is time-sensitive or meant as a gift. I deeply regret trusting Riley Home and would never recommend them to anyone.
Haven't gotten my product yet but just beyond frustrated with the shipping. Ordered the down duvet insert on November 23rd as a Black Friday deal. It is not December 23rd and the item hasn't even shipped. Bought this expensive item as a christmas present and extremely disappointed. Again, can't speak to the quality of the product and everything I heard is that it's a great duvet, but if you're doing black friday shopping I recommend you think twice if it's a christmas present.
