You want to “wire” money? You’re still charging me for 1 of 5 books that was hacked to death by your editors and was never publishable? Be wary - do not use this company. Dear Royal Book House ALEX, LIAM, LEO, I have each of their business cards Blasphemy these Publishers are SCAMMERS , You are the worst company 😡I have ever attempted to publish a book with.I am writing to express my outrage and disgust at the blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism your company has shown me. After five long weeks of working with you in detail, you raved about my story, calling it "remarkable." However, your subsequent email was nothing short of appalling. You demanded that I take down my post and offered to refund my money, all while keeping my work and attempting to silence me. I have contacted Steve Harvey.Let me remind you of the facts. I submitted my manuscript multiple times, using UPS for proof of delivery and emailing it to you seven times. You claimed not to have received it, repeatedly. After five weeks, you finally acknowledged receipt of my work and praised it as "amazing." A few weeks back I sent my book idea; kinda like a storyline as it were a collection of concepts/chapters. I was thunderstruck when I received a deliverable after 2-3 weeks span; it was a full-fledged manuscript of the standpoints/POVs/characters. What the heck?! Nice to see an online ebook publishing company having their own SOPs to ensure a seamless publishing process for their clients.
