Speedy despatch, good prices and smooth purchase experience
Contacted Rubadub for the first time yesterday afternoon asking if they'd price match on a reverb unit. Half an hour later the item had been despatched and it was in my hands the next day.This was a very smooth customer experience compared to those I've had with the big boys like Andertons etc where they claim an item is in stock or give a delivery date and weeks or months later you're still waiting. Would happily buy from Rubadub again based on this experience (and will most likely be doing so).
