Great product and Great Service
This company and it's product are great! I bought one of these coolers years ago. Honestly I couldn't even remember what year I bought it. I had an idea it was a second generation because the first year with the straps was something I didn't really like. I noticed recently that some of the exterior had started chipping off. I went to the company website to see what the warranty was. It mentioned a lifetime warranty. So, I sent an email asking if mine was covered. I didn't have a receipt number, order confirmation number, or warranty number. I had nothing but a picture of the cooler. I just knew that I purchased the cooler directly from them (not a third party). They promptly responded letting me know I bought my cooler in 2021. At the time they didn't offer a lifetime warranty for their coolers. But since I was a "supporter in the early days of the company". They offered to give me a gift card for the original amount that I paid for the cooler! They certainly did not have to do that. But they did! I find it a rarity these days to be treated this way as a consumer. These coolers are great! I'm a single woman that often goes out on solo adventures. Be it on water in my inflatable kayak, a road trip, or just to a hotel for the weekend. This cooler has been an awesome addition to my gear. and knowing now that the company is just as awesome as the cooler, It makes owning it that much better. Happy to be a customer!
