Sabrina was amazing signing us up for a unit. She made sure we were comfortable with the unit and that we familiarized ourselves with the access system. She took extra time to make sure that all our needs were met. The storage area itself was clean as well. Chris was also helpful when we were trying to confirm the size of the unit we wanted was available on the second floor. All around good experience.

Very clean place ☺️ and the unit size is just what I need to store my stuff+ the unit was clean when I moved into it, building well kept and bathroom kept clean,on the phone setting up my unit with Customer Service Representative He was helpful in guiding me how to do everything over phone went well on and when moved in the Customer Service Representative She was very helpful and nice ,I recommend Safeguard Storage

the first two months were suppose to be…
the first two months were suppose to be 40 but I paid , 40 for 1 week of storage then turned around and paid 60 the second month, the staff is great and storage access is great and its the cleanest safest storage I've rented out thus far

High quality
Units are quality, high clearances & large/tall doors roll up with ease. Entire property has spacious wide clearance for easy maneuverability of vehicles etc. Property is perfectly clean & maintained & the staff is excellent & very helpful

Unreliable app
I never know if your app is going to work. An employee tried to help by getting my code to use manually, but she did it so fast without showing me what she did so I don’t know how to find that manual code. That means you don’t get 4 or 5 stars.

Although not having a live person at…
Although not having a live person at the location, somehow, the fact that I can go to the screen and speak to someone within minutes, it's growing on me. The installations are always clean, which I really appreciate. Having the tools to help load boxes is awesome, but some of them need a little TLC but they do the job. If something I would like is that the fees were a bit more suitable for the senior citizens. I asked previously and I was told there was no adjustments for this group. Something I would appreciate even more if you were to implement it later. Other than that, the installations are neat and secure.
