I transitioned to a more natural foundation finish because, at 63, heavier foundation bases tended to settle into my fine lines, looking unnatural and cakey . At this point in my life, I want to embrace aging and feel beautiful inside and out. I decided to try Sarah Creal’s Beauty line due to her background of working with some of my favorite beauty brands, Tom Ford and Victoria Beckham, which I currently use. I was not disappointed; in fact, I was impressed!I've often found myself purchasing two or three shades online, only to waste money on the wrong color. However, Sarah Creal Beauty Customer Experience representative Mihaela requested pictures from me and recommended a suitable shade for the corrector. I ordered the Face Flex Concealer (Shade 7.5), and the finish was beautiful, smooth and natural, while providing exceptional coverage. It was moisturizing, and the undertone was perfect. I was giddily thrilled to find that I only had to purchase one concealer instead of two!This concealer is one of the best I have ever used. I have an arsenal of concealers, including Clé de Peau, Victoria Beckham, Tom Ford, Chanel, Hourglass, and YSL, to name a few, but SC's undertone was spot on. It's usually necessary for me to mix two foundation and concealer shades to match my skin undertone because they lend too yellow, red or grey in tone. Additionally, the Face Flex Correct (Trade Secrets) served as the perfect corrector base for the concealer. It brightened the shadows and darkness under my eyes.Sarah Creal, thank you! Thank you! Intentionally Formulated Products
I really appreciate that Sarah Creal Beauty is a brand thoughtfully created for women over 40. You can tell the formulations are intentional and actually perform. I love that skincare is infused into the makeup—it elevates the products and, while they are a bit more expensive, the quality absolutely justifies the price.I also want to highlight the customer service. Mihaela was fantastic—kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful with all of my concerns. That level of care makes such a difference and really reflects the brand’s values.

Expensive Mistakes
New to this line. The lip glosses that appear colored on the website actually when applied are clear. Some of the lipsticks have a terrible odor. I'm told that different batches have that problem. As the previous review mentioned there is no invoice in the box and no dedicated contact for returns.

What a disappointment
The founder of this company is listed as a “Successful leader, brand architect, business strategist and product developer” who helped a few companies land a beauty line, Victoria Beckham is one of them.The Face Flex concealer - $58 for 0.34 fl.oz./10 ml, which is available in Sephora and online, was advertised on YouTube as well.The high price for this concealer is unreasonable but more importantly the product didn’t work for me - it literally shredded the eye cream underneath. Same happened with 3 different eye creams I’ve used.I’ve decided to return it but it is impossible! The package comes with no invoice or return label. Their website doesn’t have a phone number listed, only an email address. I’ve sent several emails - no response! Tried to contact them via one of their social media accounts - no reply! Sarah Creal Beauty Customer Service is NONEXISTENT.What a shame that a company with obviously good intentions doesn’t know how to do business! You just don’t take peoples money and leave them with a product you can’t use or return. $58 is a high enough price for a very small amount of product anyway. Buy at your own risk! I’ve already filed a dispute with my financial institution to help me return the product and get my money back.
