The best of the best
Unequivocally the greatest customer service experience I have ever received. Hands down. My parcel was lost/mis-sent several times which was annoying, but the support and quick updates I received in a friendly and helpful manner made it all okay. The girl helping me went above and beyond continually to help resolve issues caused by other departments and made sure I got what I ordered in the end. I don't want that to make the rest of the team sounds bad though as the product I eventually received was well worth the wait and they did a great job with the whole collection! Thank you very much!
