Lack of communication and clarity
I've been using this company going on 5 months now. I will say im satisfied with the amount of weight I've lost, but the way the company handles communication is non existent. Like others, I was charged my monthly subscription amount for my next vial. I noticed after about 3 weeks I hadn't received a shipment notification for it. Could only get in contact with their AI assistant on their website. They pretty much held my vial hostage until I agreed to go up a dosage for a dose increase to continue my weight loss plan. No one ever told me I would have to do this. It was also an extra $100 a month for the the next dosage up. You also have to have a video or phone appointment with one of their medical providers for approval (which literally only takes 10 minutes). So I said send me thr vial you charged me for, I set up an appointment for the dosage increase, and things were settled. Or so I thought. Meanwhile, during all this, I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be charged for my old subscription. I kept trying to make my change and cancel that policy but it wouldn't let me. All it said was that it was paused. I felt since they had paused it, not allowing me to make any changes, it would not restart again given I had signed up for the next step subscription. WRONG. they still charged me. Luckily for them they refunded it the second I called them about it. Overall, product works, but company sucks on communication and clarity

I have waisted $1,500 of my HSA funds on this company. They claim they have to start you out on a small dose of GLP-1 shots to avoid side effects. They start you out with .04ml, SCAM. Through forums and through friends I have come to learn they were started out on actual effective dosages like 2.5mg, a dose you see results. SHED feels it is acceptable to charge $299 a month for 1st dose .04ml for a month, 2nd dose 0.08ml, 3rd dose 0.18ml, 4th dose 0.30ml, 5th dose .44ml at this rate....The rate at which the increase would take a total of 9 months to see a dose of 2.5mg that most report is when they actually start loosing weight. 9months times $299 thats over $2,600 fricking dollars to START seeing results when people are STARTING OUT on 2.5mg. They billed me 3 days before my billing date, they put a pause on refill without ever notifying me yet still billed me. I am speaking with someone today to cancel this and express my distaste and request a refund for funds taken without shipment. I wish I could get ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. I feel totally SCAMMED by them. I also purchased a some pills and without my knowledge started a monthly auto subscription!

DO NOT USE. Company will charge your card and never deliver product. No way to contact, phone is vm only and email goes to text. Remote customer service outsourced and no one will ever reply or be helpful. Each response takes days and each response lists they will look into it and get back to you. Having to dispute charges with my card since I am not receiving product. Already using a different company, this has been going on for months.

Do not try this company. It is a scam. I paid for a monthly subscription and they continued trying to bill me after I canceled. When I asked why they claimed I had a 2 month subscription and this was never disclosed or agreed to, they refuse to refund me and have not provided service as it was canceled. Filing a lawsuit. Also, their product is water. Absolutely no results .

Never sent refill - pharmacy lost license
On June 21st, I informed them I'd be out of medicine by July 5th and asked to have my refill by that date. They texted back on June 23 and said ok. They charged my card on June 25. On June 30th, I texted to confirm my order would arrive by July 5th, they said it hadn't been submitted to pharmacy so they submitted it on June 30. Despite me texting them every day to confirm it would arrive on time, I never even received shipping info. Finally, on July 10th, then sent me a shipping link but it has said 'no package found', they just sent me fake shipping info to shut me up. Today is July 14th, it still hasn't shipped and I was supposed to take my shot 10 days ago. I finally just disputed the charge on my credit card. I saw someone else post online that their pharmacy lost its license.

No medication ever sent yet took money from bank account. Cannot get in touch with an actual person for a refund or to cancel “membership”. This is a scam and the company actively commits theft and fraud. They should not be able to operate and I hope will be shut down by regulatory agencies soon.

Paud but no goods and they lied to card issuer
paid for GLP1 medication and the supplier scheduled an online call with a doctor. The doctor did not turn up and I could get no response from the company by email, phone or text. After I requested a refund the company emailed it was setting an appointment for the next day. They did not send an appointment link but later claimed they texted it which is untrue. I disputed the charge and again requested a refund. They lied to the card issue claiming they had provided the goods.

You can never get a hold off a human and cancellation requests go unanswered. I have called, left several VMs and sent multiple emails. Never received the product and was charged twice.

Shed rx -Buyer Beware-RUN FAST Away
Shed rx -lacks customer support. They are quick to charge your account and FAIL to deliver medications on time . Communication of delays does not occur 7 the Coaches are unable to answer questions associated to your account . Run as fast as you can from this company. I tried from Jan. 2025 to May 2025. I have never received my meds for May & am unable to reach a human being to cancel . They are quick to charge each month; the have collected for May without delivering medication. RUN AWAY people

Another bad experience
ShedRx. Another bad experience, they send me product x 1, the you get scammed into a so called health interview.to get a new prescription, I was out of the country, yet they charged me on 2/5/25 and 3/5/2025, the product was never received by me, today I am getting in action, no real people to talk too, an e-mail was send that said that I had to fill out a health questionnaire to receive my April prescription, no word about reimbursement for February or March charges, Don't trust this organization.

MORsnacks is a Complete Scam.
I've had the worst experience with MORsnacks. They took my money for a snack subscription, but I never received anything. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, they ignored me and kept charging my card. I've had to cancel my credit card to stop them from taking more money. I've filed a complaint with my state's attorney general and I'm considering further action. Avoid MORsnacks at all costs

ShedRx Failed to Deliver on Promises
I purchased a shed from ShedRx, but the experience was a disaster from start to finish. The shed arrived late, and when it did, it was missing crucial parts. The customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me to deal with the hassle of trying to get the shed assembled. Would not recommend ShedRx to anyone.

Terrible and total scam!! Filing a BBB complaint and medical board complaint. I was never contacted by an MD as required in my state. My medication was shipped OVERNIGHT priority on ice, but was not delivered until 4 days later. The ice melted and everything was warm inside. Shedrx refuses to give me money money back. It will be disputed with the bank.

Avoid at all costs! Very, very scammy. Very hard to cancel - you think you are booking time with a medical provider but nope - you literally get the medication sent straight to you without ANY doctor verifying ANYTHING. So dangerous, and probably illegal. I've had to fight them with complaints to the CA Pharmacy Board to get my money back. They are such a scam. Calling in my journalism friends next. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A complete scam of a company
A complete scam of a company. The last two payments the took and I have never received. After complaining and telling them I wanted to cancel, they said it was because I didn't schedule a follow-up appointment. They took my money aug 24th, September 20th they said it was on the way, September 24th the took another payment. At this point I have been messaging and emailing them. Finally said just cancel and refund. October 3rd is when they respond with you need to make an appointment. Why then all the messages and emails saying it's on the way. Why over a month later am I told I need a follow-up. I was never told about this before. I have sent multiple messages about canceling. My last emailing demanding the cancel and refund was met with a message 4 days later about how I need to schedule a follow-up to receive my order. They are completely ignoring my request for cancelation and refund. I ended canceling my credit card because I belive they will end up charging me again and there is no way to remove your card. I filed a complaint with the indiana attorney General consumer protection division. They are trying to mediate for me. I suggest any with a similar experience file with your states attorney general as well. If it is not resolved i will be looking into further action against this company.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from ShedRx. Despite paying for both a prescription and their so-called "VIP service," the customer service has been slow, ineffective, and almost nonexistent. I have repeatedly requested to cancel my account, but it feels like they aren’t even reading my messages or emails. When I paid for their services, I expected timely communication and fulfillment of the items I needed. The necessary supplies (needles and instructions) were not included in the shipment. It took an additional week for these critical items to arrive, and during that time, I was given vague responses like "the pharmacy is working on it." This is not what I would expect from a service that claims to offer premium, customer-centric care.Their email and text responses were not only slow, but they also failed to address the actual issues with my account. When I informed them about the missing supplies, they had no idea what was going on and basically told me to reach out to FedEx about the medicine, even though I had already received the medication (without the necessary supplies). This kind of disconnect and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as healthcare.Considering the high cost I paid for their "VIP" service, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I am trying to cancel my subscription and feel that my concerns have been entirely ignored. They keep telling me that I need to pay for another month to fulfill my agreement. They did not fulfill their end of the agreement, so they need to not uphold me by ordering another month from them. At this point I feel like ShedRx needs to seriously rethink its approach to customer service and refund me at least 50% of my original payment.
