Deceived by salesman
Recently bought a 2021 GT500 from Sheehy Ford of Warrenton, everything went well until a week later when I noticed the car had some minor damage with the lower panel sticking out on the driver side and the rocker molding coming loose on the passenger side. Looks like these amateurs lifted the car and didnt use the jack points like youre supposed to.I called my salesman Dylan who told me a nearby Sheehy dealership can fix it so I made an appointment, waited 3 weeks and went there, they told me I had to talk to the guys that sold me the car. I called Sheehy Warrenton and talked to the manager Tim and he told me hes not going to fix it, even told him I'd send him the showroom pictures with the damage already present and he still refused. Unacceptable to sell a $90k car with that kind of damage and then no maintenance done on top of that, old oil, old air filter and old cabin air filter. I'll never buy another car from them again. Be careful with these guys, typical scummy dealership infested with shady people who try to take advantage of you.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever had at a service center. Completely unprofessional, gave my wife a guarantee on the time the vehicle would be done and when she checked in to see if it was done, they hadn’t even started the work. It was another hour to get the vehicle. The service representative’s name was Joey, and he was absolutely unprofessional, completely indifferent to the fact that he had lied to me about the time and not having the work done. In fact he continued to lie to my wife’s face telling her the vehicle was in the back being worked on when she could see it moving around the parking lot. His favorite word was “yeah”, as he was dismissive to everything she said. The only solace is that Joey did this to the other two women that my wife saw him interact with. He was completely indifferent and fast to dismiss them and they also didn’t keep their time promises to them.We have a warranty through these guys and this is turning out to be the worst investment ever. I do not trust them to do business with my wife as they are unprofessional & unreliable. They certainly should not be trusted to do business with your wife as they appear to be super dismissive of women. You’d be best to avoid working with these individuals

We were in the market for a car and made an appointment with Niko at Sheehy Mazda in Hagerstown. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the store manager at the parking lot. Once we told him that we had an appointment with Niko, he very quickly got someone to inform Niko that we had arrived. Niko was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional. With his help, in no time we zoned in on the car that best fits us. We then ordered our car, put down our deposit, and waited for the car to arrive. Unfortunately there were a few unexpected hurdles. We felt that both Niko and the manager went above and beyond to get us the car that we wanted in a timely manner, and Boy oh Boy, did they deliver!!! Within two days we were driving home in our brand new car, feeling satisfied and grateful, not only with the car but with the pleasant process throughout.Niko continued his amazing customer service with follow up calls to check on how were doing with car and offered continued orientation of the car if we ever needed it.We felt Sheehy Mazda Hagerstown, and particularly Niko, has been outstanding, and we would highly recommend!
