Pre-order the book of the gods we can touch, the vinyl and the artcards, starting October 6. They sent me a DHL guide number on november 15, and it turned out that Universal never sent my order. I only generate the guide and since November 15 I have no information about my package, much less the delivery day. I sent emails and they don't respond. They do not give personalized attention, they only answer with copy and paste. Until now I'm still waiting for them to respond when my order arrives. It is a terrible service and without a doubt I WILL NEVER BUY FROM UNIVERSAL MUSIC AGAIN.

I've ordered "The Gods We Can Touch" book from AURORA's website on Oct 5th. Two moths have passed and no news from it. DHL says I need to contact the seller and the seller says I need to contact DHL.

Pre-ordered The Gods We Can Touch Book not delivered
I pre ordered The Gods We Can Touch Book and Artcard on October 5, 2023, the day it was announced to be possible to pre-order. I got on Nov. 15 an email stating that ”Your order is on the way” with DHL tracking number. However, DHL tracking did indicate that nothing is leaving the DHL premises in Birmingham. As nothing seemed to move from Birmingham, I contacted UMUK Store Support on Nov. 24. On Nov. 28 I got the following reply: "Thanks for getting in touch about your order, I'm sorry to hear you cannot track your order.I'm afraid I don't have all the information available at this time but not to worry, I'm looking into this shipment for you with the relevant team and once I have more information from them, I'll update you as soon as possible. If you have any other questions, please feel free to drop me a message – I'm happy to help. Many thanks,EmmaCustomer Service"I then contacted DHL and got the reply:“Shipper has prepared shipping documents electronically. The shipment itself has not yet been handed over to DHL Express for transportation – this would be visible in tracking as a pickup event.We recommend you to contact the shipper to ensure the shipment can be collected as soon as possible.”I then replied to Emma’s message with the information I got from DHL and told her that it seems my order has not been delivered to DHL. On Dec. 4 I got a message from UMUK:"I hope you had a great weekend.I am so sorry for the delays - we are still looking in to this issue.Thank you so much for your patience - we will be in touch as soon as we have an update.Many thanks,EmmaCustomer Service"So they don't give any reason why they do not deliver the book to DHL. And it is now three weeks since they falsely said they had delivered the book, so there has been plenty of time to find out what is the problem.DHL tracking still indicates that they have not got the book. It seems that I am not alone, there are many who are in the same situation, please see Facebook group called AURORA's Merch Orders Gone Wrong I had similar problems with the Gods We Can Touch signed album in 2022 and I had hoped Aurora shop has had time to fix their problems but it seems not to be so.

I pre ordered The Gods We Can Touch signed book. I received a traching code that stopped working after the 15th of November. Ever since, I have contacted every possible agent, company, everything just to be alerted today that, allegedly, DHL has my package but Universal never gave them a shipping label. My order has been sitting in the UK for weeks. I am so dissapointed, i hope Universal goes out of bussiness.

Well.. it seems like it's only me who's never had a problem, so five stars from me.. I've bought four vinyls, a signed cd and a shirt and they've all come with no issue. One of the vinyls was rescheduled for arrival twice I think, but it did arrive eventually when it said, and my CD was signed though I heard a lot of them weren't. However the shop did send an email out asking if anyone had recieved an unsigned CD insert and asked people to email them if so with image proof so they could send out a new one. I'm seeing a lot of people saying the shop didn't do anything about it, but they did. I guess you take your gamble with this shop. Even though I've had it okay, I hope aurora goes with a different service as it doesn't seem terribly reliable, I doubt she'd be happy with how things have turned out for a lot of people

I ordered Aurora signed album 30 minutes after releasing it in pre-order (on October). I patiently waited to January. After releasing I've got no messages about my order, zero email. I saw on social media groups people who ordered albums on november got the package. And saw also a lot of informations about problem with delivery and signed albums there was no signed, only signed card attached! But no info about my order. After month I have received email that my order is dispached. After next three weeks I have got another email that I will not receive my order because od problem with the sending (which they knows about because it happened a lot with other stuff with other people!) I think they hold items because they selling them as 'signed' but no album was signed - so they could have trouble with CHEATING!

STILL Waiting for my order
I pre-ordered The Gods We Can Touch in October for the January 21 release. Stores received her merch, but my cd wasn't shipped until March 15 (almost 2 MONTHS AFTER THE RELEASE) - and I am not confident I will receive it as most people who ordered from her store got emails saying their orders were "undeliverable". It's unacceptable. This is no way to do business. I love AURORA and want to support her as directly as possible, which is why I buy direct from her store, even it it's more expensive that way. I will NOT be doing that again. (Order #117900289)

Pre-ordered a signed vinyl, signed CD and signed cassette in October 2021.Album was released 21. January 2022 and I did not get any status from Digital Stores until 28. January when I got an status that the bundle was shipped.Did not get any queries from courier/postal service or customs during the delivery period, but got an email from Digital Stores that my package could not be delivered on 21. February 2022 and that it was returned to Digital Stores without an option for re-delivery to me.There are a lot of other people who also has the exact same story for this release, it's doubtful that the packages actually left the store (they probably sold a big quantity of something they did not have).This is a scam or at best a _very badly_ run company.Stay away at all cost! Such a shame for the artists that we want to support!Shame on you Digital Stores and Universal Music UK.

The worst store
I buy a lot of merch of different artists and this is the worst store I've ever found. I PRE-ORDERED a signed bundle and it never arrived. I received an email saying my delivery was not possible and the package was returned, which I don't believe because around the same days I received another thing from UK without problems. Also, many other fans had this problem. At least I got my money back, but I couldn't get a reposition of the items I had bought and I wanted. And it was a pre-order? Worst organization ever. Never buying there again.

I did not receive my album “The gods we can touch” due to the incompetence of the company digital stores. After waiting for my album for months I received an email that my order cannot be delivered due to postage issues and they would not re-send it. I am so frustrated that I lost my opportunity to buy my first signed album.

The worst service I’ve ever seen!
They have terrible service! Firstly, I spent a lot of money on the presale of the new merch from “The Gods We Can Touch”, and waited a month for it! I sent an email and they didn’t reply, sent another email and they said to wait lol. Secondly, it was written on the website that it would be a signed bundle, the CD would be signed, the cassete would be signed an the vinyl as well. Instead, I get signed cards with the size of the respective product. And it only came two instead of 3! Thirdly and this is the worst, The cover of the CD is so badly printed that I can barely read the song titles. This company is poorly managed and I feel like I was scammed. I’m not paying for anything else until they apologise and explain what actually happened. I wonder if Aurora knows about this because this would make her furious, is this how you treat Her image??? Her music?? Her art???

Lost my trust in this shop
I have ordered multiple times at this shop. Never had a problem but lost trust with their latest scam. Hundreds of fans didn't recieve their order which is very odd. So far I have not recvieved my order (probably lost or ''returned'' like other fans) but got my money back. Yet the emotional damage of not getting what I ordered (a limited signed CD) will never be mine thanks to this horrible shop! Also heard stories of a few lucky fans that got their order but it was damaged, incomplete or missing a signed insert. How can you do this to people??! No statement from the shop, makes you think it's even more a scam....

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Like omg they ship things incorrectly and take a while to respond. Their messages are very impersonal and reasons that they give I think most are covering up a bigger issue. Wish they had more integrity and maybe hire a better operations manager. I think that their problems could easily be solved with better communication.

So disappointed - I wonder if Aurora knows how bad they are
So disappointed. Spent almost $200 on the latest album, and didn’t receive any of it. Had to open a PayPal claim to get my money back because the customer service was so poor. I’d go so far to say that the store has completely misrepresented the availability of the items they were listing. It’s such a shame that Aurora’s official store is so bad, because I love her music so much and I want to support her.

Did not send my order, due to a payment Authentication issue, i wanted to pay but they would not let me do that. Had to write to costumer service multiple times with long waiting time. Had to make a item cancellation request for an answer I could use for nothing. I don’t think this is legal
