Color mismatch - terrible customer experience
I made one order with many flower panels of the same color for the same wall. The order shipped in two packages, and the two packages had a distinctive color difference. I contacted customer support and they refused to offer a replacement. They offered me 20% refund of the miscolored panels, which they currently had on their website as a promotion for Valentine's day (I had ordered before this promotion was available and had paid full price). After further pressuring them to replace my mis-colored panels they offered me 30% off and claimed there was nothing more they could do. Now I have a wall with different colored flowers. I'm extremely unhappy. Don't buy from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!I was actually happy with my original order from this company, but I ran out of flowers and needed to order more. I placed my order on October 1st, 2016 and it didn't ship until June 9th, 2017. I just went to check the tracking on the package (since my wedding is in 3 weeks!!!!) and the website says that my account and my order don't exist...So now I have to contact support for the 100th time to ask why my account no longer exists.This is definitely not the stress I need 3 weeks before my wedding!!!

I ordered several dozen roses from this site last week and received them today. Unfortunately, I read reviews after the fact. The flowers arrived today and I knew just by the tiny box they came in that the product was not going to be quality. Sure enough, the lime roses were not lime. They were a very light green and all the roses were smashed from being shoved in the tiny box. The form of the roses is so distorted that I'm not sure their form will return. Not to mention the poor quality. The glue is apparent and many flowers were glued together. So buyer beware. Do not waste your money buying from this site. The quality is extremely poor.

Wedding flowers
I ordered all of my silks from Silk Flowers Factory. I was very excited to recieve them. They were for my daughters wedding. When my package came, $175.00 worth!!! What I got was worst than wal-mart silks. These flowers were trash, not wedding material. Now, I am not a picky person, I started to try and put these together, and with in minutes I realized these were not going to work. The pictures I saw of FULL flowers was NOT what I recieved. I tried to contact Costumer Service, and finally got through by e-mail. I explained my problem and was told I could return, My daughters wedding is in a week! but that I would have to pay a restocking fee!!! REALLY!!!!! $45. This was not my fault as I could see it, they has mis-represented their product and there for should be liable for the return. I talked to 3 different people, same story. I ended up buying flowers at wal-mart that looked better than the ones I recieved! Do not order from this company. Very is-leading!!!!!

I bought black/red blooms for my anniversary dinner with my husband. Flowers came fast and in a bush which I customized myself into a lovely table arrangement. I was able to wake all preparations days ahead since flowers were artificial. I will possibly use the unused flowers for other gifts to friends or at church.
I wish I found this website sooner so I could have saved a lot of money
