Rarely is it necessary, but working with Silverant to resolve questions has always been pleasant and reassuring. The company's on the other side of the world and I feel like I have a local-dealer relationship; I recognize the names of people I'm dealing with, and feel their gratitude and care. So nice to know it's easy to talk to the people making your gear. Grateful!

SilverAnt has absolutely outstanding customer service, far surpassing what I expected. Recently we had placed an order and had inadvertently ordered the wrong size of titanium bowls. The customer service we received to get us the proper size, along with honouring the seasonal discount that we had on our first purchase, without even asking, was absolutely amazing! Will 100% recommend the company to all of our camping/adventuring friends.

Bought two titanium cannisters, one of them had a problem with the lid. After troubleshooting they decided to send me a replacement. It arrived quickly and at no extra cost for me. Great products and even better customer service.

I have purchased my SilverAnt items through Amazon in the past and I have always been impressed by the level of quality, fit and finish of each item. Recently I ordered directly from them. I had an issue with the cross stands being two of the same piece. I reached out to them and immediately got a response. They mailed me the two complementary pieces for the cross stand so now I have two cross stands. Quality issues can happen with any company but their excellent customer service is what sets them apart. I would recommend their products to anyone.

I immediately sent an email to cancel my order when i placed it (as id ordered the wrong item by mistake) and its been two weeks and no response from the customer service. The package has now arrived. and still no response. Just a faceless company that gets your money and run.
I purchased two of the 52.8 ounce titanium water bottles for water carry on backpacking trips. They fit nicely in my pack's two side pockets designed for that purpose. Per ounce of water capacity, these are the lightest titanium bottles on the market. I use another brand's 22 ounce bottle in a shoulder strap pouch which is easy to grab and then refill it from my larger Silver ant bottles as needed.Only minor negative was shipping time from Indonesia.

As a request, I am a little concerned about the sound when the titanium bottle and lid are opened and closed! The plastic lid is not enough, so I think a titanium lid would give me a sense of security by giving me the feeling of heaviness and sealing.Takeshi . N
This stove is light and perfect for my bushcraft trips and ice fishing in Quebec climate.
The product itself is fine. The purple sparkle that I purchased it for wore off after the first wash.

Love the construction, weight and compact design of this nesting stove, cup and windscreen. Genius. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the bottom of the cup was slightly rounded and does not sit flatly on top of the windscreen. Despite that I highly recommend this product.1/23/2025 I have received a very quick response from Silver Ant and they are sending a replacement cup! This quick and thoughtful customer service makes me recommend purchasing their products even more! Great stuff, great people, great company!!
Excellent products. I have purchased multiple products and all are manufactured to a very high standard. The designs are well thought out, such as the Titanium Spork. SilverAnt's light weight gear are permanent additions to my rucksack. Customer service were a pleasure to deal with. Looking for light weight gear, look no further!Highly recommended.

I had ordered three personalized mugs. Their team reacted promptly to my request and provided rendering model of the mug with the custom logo and texts. To receive the items in France, there was a problem with the shipping career. Silverant was very supportive, by contacting the career and arranging the replacement despite my order was in small quantity. Overall, I had a great experience throughout the communications with them.
This single wall titanium water bottle is a great size for casual carry - and the neoprene sleeve makes it grippable and reduces clatter. I'm not keen on keeping my water cold but I guess it does that too. I swapped out the wide-mouth lid for a set of camelbak lids - the Eddy+ and the Chute Mag Cap and they fit perfect.
