CANADIANS - not worth it
CANADIANS - I placed an order well in advance and I reviewed the timelines for international customers and the gift should have arrived before Christmas. It arrived 34 days later and this was not related to shipping delays. My suggestion to Canadians would be to buy a sweater from Amazon or H&M or maybe you already have one and have a local, small embroidery business complete this project. It will cost the same. The sweater you get is not that special, it’s not packaged nicely, and it comes from a country overseas which is an entirely different conversation. This company is more interested in defending itself fully and not taking accountability and certainly won’t be completely transparent with you when discussing what is being advertised on their website. It’s just not worth it. Go elsewhere.

The quality is extremely low
The quality is extremely low, especially considering how much I was charged. But even worse than that, after they asked for my feedback and I gave it to them, the owner sent me two harassing emails about my review! So they sold me a bad product and are acting very unprofessional as well.

I recently received my new hoodie, and I am absolutely love it! First of all, the delivery was incredibly fast, which immediately left a positive impression on me. I didn't expect to receive it so quickly, and it was a pleasant surprise.When I first held the hoodie in my hands, I was amazed by the quality of the material. I immediately knew that this hoodie would last me a long time.

We Love it!
I received a shirt and a hoodie of my pups face and I love it so much! So simple and beautiful. Not only do I like the designs but the quality is awesome as well. Definitely will keep in mind for future custom products!

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish! I was able to choose the colour of the hoodie along with the tread! I sent in my photo and received a draft before it went into production! My hoodie arrived super fast and is great quality! I’ve washed it a few times and it’s will in perfect condition ! Every loves it too!
