Having someone to monitor and walk us through the first drawing of blood was very reassuring and the lady did a superb job. The drawing process was easy and virtually painless. Siphox seemed to think of everything in the kit, including a pen to fill out the ID card.
There are a ton of reviews about the collection process but very little about the wait time for results. Don't get me wrong, I was pleasantly surprised with the kit and ease of the collection process. Siphox also has a pretty good tracking system that allows you to follow the status of your kit. However, once you've done your collection and it gets to the lab, the updates get sparse and vague. The last update I received was two business days ago telling me that my sample was currently being analyzed at the lab and I would hear from them soon. I suppose it was silly of me to think I would get results later that day, but the message kind of implied that. I guess it means within several days? Maybe clearer wording would have helped.So far, my experience has been okay, but the updates on lab time are somewhat lacking. I'm still anxiously awaiting results.

The company lost my sample. They gave no comfort about any potential HIPPAA/privacy issues, and their explanation of what happened did not track with what their portal was saying. Their only offer was to send a replacement kit, not an extra, just a replacement. I was also refused a refund to cancel the remaining term of my subscription.
I really value the insights Siphox Health provides, but the current processing times are a significant hurdle. I recently waited over a month for results from a January blood draw. In an era of instant data, this delay makes it difficult to rely on the service for timely health tracking. I'd love to stay a loyal customer, but faster turnaround times are essential for this to remain a viable tool for me.
So good and easy
So far I am very happy with my experience. The call with Emilija to do the easy draw blood collection was so helpful. She was calm and patient and explained each step clearly. I am looking forward to my test results.
Pika, my health consultant, was phenomenal. She kept things in perspective, she was calm and professional, yet encouraged me in areas where I can improve. She didn't rush the call at all, either, which seems to happen most of the time with medical professionals. She provided a very solid action plan that I feel is attainable. I plan on scheduling another appointment with her in the next two months.
It was super easy and the guidance through the call made everything seamless.

Una was very patience, took her time and made it a great experience. She did everythign step by step and focussed on getting it done properly.
I'm horrible, I can't remember my person's name. But she was amazing! She made it easy and let me do what I needed to do to not freak out ie pacing back and forward while using the warming pad. It really didn't hurt! I was so surprised! Can't wait to see what my blood work looks like.
Una was very patient with me when I couldn't access my camera. I even got off the call and got back on with no success. As she was attempting to suggest another step, I found a little button that turned it on. I was excited like a child. We both got a good laugh out of my computer challenges. Una took me step by step in such a kind way to get the proper bloodwork.

Marija made this so easy to do! I was a little intimidated when I first received the kit but she made it so easy and quick. Absolutely everything you needed (down to the pen to complete the identification card) was included in the kit. Very excited to get my results!

Billie was knowledgable and patient through the whole collection process. It wasn't difficult but there were a lot of steps and without her guidance it might have taken significantly longer.
