It's great when they called to say they were on the way to deliver our order, and they showed up 20 minutes later. The delivery men, Chris and Dean quickly removed the old furniture an brought in the new. They placed them, made sure they worked and were gone. They were professional, courteous, and effecient. Much appreciated. Thank you

Dean and Antwain delivered our new Kitchen chairs and set them up. Very positive young men! They even helped take old chairs to the road for us.We were so happy to find the type of chairs we were looking for and they were delivered in less than 5 days.We always start with Skaff when shopping furniture.
Nice store with great products but DO NOT DEAL WITH A SALESPERSON NAMED RICHARD HEIDENBERGER. He is the worst. I asked if he could do a little bit better on a price of a recliner and he called me an a word I can’t use on here. Nice attitude right? I ended up using a different salesperson and bought the chair

Sales person was fantastic! We had a little wait for the sectional that we ordered, no big deal. The problem lays with the two individuals that delivered the 4 piece sectional to my home. While they were bring the different sectional pieces into my home, cushions are snagged and at the top of the cushion for the back part of the couch looks heavily worn from being pushed through the entrance way. 3 out 4 sectional pieces are damaged and the sectional has been in my home for only 10 minutes.
Just received our furniture. MOE and Gene were fantastic. Very careful, considerate and kind. Moved our old furniture out to the garage and were very careful to place the new furniture exactly where we wanted it. Tested everything and answered all our questions. They called when they were on their way and arrived right on time. The store communication was great also. Our sales associate, Shaye, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Even stayed past closing to finish our sale. Every aspect of our experience was very professional. Glad we shopped at Skaff.

Tom and Sean were wonderful. We had a very large rug delivered with our new Livingroom furniture, and even though it wasn't part of their job, they helped us lay the protective mat and get the rug in the perfect position before bringing in the couch and chairs. We are so appreciative of their kindness, smiles and help.
