Chris was extremely helpful and very patient.
Christopher Simmons was extremely helpful and very patient as I had alot of concerns. He is very good at his job. I would highly recommend this company because of his great customer service which this world doesn't seem to have anymore. I felt like he really cared about my situation. The world needs more young men like Christopher Timmons.

You're a third party organization.
You're a third party organization.You profess to "assisting people getting a personal loan to pay off debt", but you fail to let folks know that:1) repayment starts right away;2) you don't actually pay off debts for personal loan services;3) you take nearly 4 months before 'attempting' to pay off a debt, while collecting on loan monies not even paid out.Seriously flawed.

I need somebody to call me back
I need somebody to call me back. I’ve been trying to get a hold of youse since Friday afternoon. The gentleman I talked to said if no one calls me on by Friday afternoon to call back I’ve called Friday often on all day Monday and often on all day today, nobody answers the phone if someone would call me at 859-743-4912 just trying to find out where my loan stands since I’ve never heard anything back since day one other than that I was approved and a payment has been set up. Thank you.
