A total scam,I got charged €239 and on the government site it £18 !! Do not use this site ..what a nightmare trying now to get the money back from the credit card company,also not easy !

applied for an ETA through this website…
applied for an ETA through this website and was charged far more than the official fee. The price they took from my credit card was completely unreasonable and nowhere clearly stated.I have already contacted my credit card company about this issue, and I will proceed with a formal dispute if I don't receive my money back. This feels misleading and dishonest.I do not recommend using this service. Be careful before making any payment here.

You enter your personal and payment details and an immediate charge of approximately €246 is made.I do not understand how they are still operating despite the numerous complaints they appear to have received. Their conduct is unacceptable: when you try to file a claim, they only provide evasive answers and excuses, stating that they offer a supposed advisory service that you have allegedly accepted beforehand and legitimately.I recommend filing a formal complaint, as the situation clearly does not correspond to what they claim.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY
This SCAM Company tried to charge me over 100% of a normal Esta visa but luckily my credit card company has already dealt with these scammers so declined the charge! I eventually went to the real Government website and got it all done sooner and for a lot less money!! Honest you just need to read the reviews and that tells you everything!

This company charges €245 for a UK ETA (the official price on gov.uk is only €19). The fee isn’t disclosed during the process and only becomes visible afterward—by which time the amount has already been reserved on your credit card.

ETA scam skyline travel express
ETA scam. looks like I got my ETA but they deduct without warning from your card 249 USD.They pop up when you google ETA UK. But if you do that on a small device like a mobile phone and want to be quick..... then you make a mistake.Check the URL it is not an official gov.co.uk domain.If they refund me somehow then I am willing to withdraw this bad review.

This is a scamming service
This is a scamming service operating in barely legal territory. They pretend to be a ETA service but charge 10x the normal rate of the visa.It's a simple wrapper for getting a visa but it should just €19 they charge €240 but they charge you before showing you what you are going to pay. You put in your credit card and press continue, boom, money gone. They scammed my father who wasn't paying attention when he googled the ETA. These crooks should be ashamed of themselves.

Hello. Upon checking the payment details and reviewing your site, I have found numerous people condemning it as a scam. The actual price for an ESTA, as confirmed today on the official website, is only 21 USD.It appears that you are charging an exorbitant fee without any prior disclosure (your website does not clearly state the amount to be charged), and this is completely unacceptable.I understand that a full refund is impossible since the ESTA has already been issued. However, I cannot accept paying several hundred dollars. I demand a refund and a prompt response regarding this matter.Thanks.

I made a payment to Skyline Travel Express on September 22, 2025 for an ESTA application,but I did not receive any service — the page froze at the “verifying” stage and never completed.I have sent four refund request emails, but received no response from the company.Please reply and issue my refund immediately.If you fail to respond or process the refund, I will take action through my credit card company.

Used site to apply for US ESTA. Paid using Wise who thankfully declined the transaction. Thanks Wise.More horrifying...brilliantly used official site.... Very straightforward...thanks Homeland Security....BUT....went to pay the $21!!!!(Skyline was $249NZ=$419US!!!!!) and Skyline cut in, with their payment site page, as did Global Max and I paid BOTH of them. Thankfully, Wise saved me again and I got a refund.

Fortunately, I still haven't submitted my ESTA application to the authorities. Looking at the payment history, it seems that this company is connected to Syfymediaonline. As others have said - this is a fraudulent website. Please be careful as they will take your money and not provide you with an ESTA. Just go direct to the US government website and if in doubt just call the nearest US embassy to confirm.
