Slide Team is a total scam
Slide Team is a total scam. Everything about them is a lie. They list their address is: 1350, Avenue of the Americas, New York , 10019. But in reality no one associated with their company works there. They say their phone number is +1-408-215-1583, but before I called to try and get a refund, I googled that number and got this as the top response: "Be cautious: (408) 215-1583 is a Business Voice Listing Robocaller". And on their website slideteam's website they claim "you can create 20 free presentations using the SlideTeam AI Presentation Maker". But once you create even one (worthless) AI presentation, you will quickly realize you can create a presentation for free, but you can't download it without paying at least $49. Regarding refunds, they claim on their pricing page of their website, under the heading "Why Customers Love Us" that they have a "No questions asked refund policy". But in reality, once someone finally responded to my request for a refund (because their templates are so bad) they said I couldn't get a refund because I had downloaded more than 3 slides even though I tried to cancel the same day I signed up for a free trial!Also, be aware of the fact that slidegeeks.com is the exact same company with the same templates, same address and same phone number. So avoid them as well! Oh, and if you google slideteam, the first listing you'll see after their website is the heading "Is SlideTeam.net a legit company?" And then, below that heading it says "SlideTeam is a premier Research, Consulting and Design agency..." But when you look at the reference source, you'll see it is slideteam.net itself! Good trick slideteam! And if you google: "Is slideteam legit" you'll get an ai answer that says they are legit but "Some users have reported difficulties with subscription cancellations and found the navigation challenging." They got that right. But then it says "Alternatives: If you are looking for other options, consider SlideGeeks or other presentation design services." Wow! They even tricked the AI to tell people if you don't like slideteam try SlideGeeks (aka slideteam)! wtf?

I wanted to commend ANA in Support
I wanted to commend ANA in Support. I needed to cancel my subscription as my role changed, and I no longer require this for now, and ANA was fantastic at helping me do this, given that I didn't have access to my work email anymore. I really commend how quickly and painlessly she helped me to sort it out. I will be back if/when I need the service again.

I absolutely love these folks. They got it in 1 TAKE !!!! Really beautiful stuff. Understood exactly what was needed and super professional. They said it turnaround would be 48 hours and I got it in less than 24. Man, I am definitely going to use this service again

Misleading Trial, Poor Support, Low Value
Misleading 7-day free trial. Key refund restrictions (download limits, exclusions) were not clearly disclosed at signup.Support kept sending the same scripted response and issued only a partial refund, despite cancellation within the trial.Templates are overpriced, and the AI generator is extremely poor — it does not follow the prompt or produce usable output.Overall, low value for money and frustrating experience.

I don’t like when I download the slide…
I don’t like when I download the slide and want to add to it, the new slide does not keep the design or theme of the AI produced presentation. Also would like it to be more interactive in design stage. If the presentation doesn’t come out just so or the slide does not capture the intent would like to interact with it to correct in the design stage

Quality work done with quick turnaround time…
Gagan and his team were very prompt in handling my email and understanding my project requirements. From the draft I gave him for the slide design, the initial draft was out within a week, with the design done to a high quality, without needing much guidance from me and revisions. Revisions of draft were done quickly and to expectations. It was a smooth experience collaborating with his team at an affordable cost and I will be back for more.

UX needs work, but slides are pretty good
At first, thought there was only one slide per deck. However, later, with the help of support, I was able to find full presentations. The reason for four stars is the site is difficult to navigate. The UX is not great.
