The positive first

The positive first. The company gave me a 5 year credit for accomodation at Borough Apartments London when COVID blocked travel from Australia. That was much appreciated. The negative I can not get a reply from them that enables me to find out how to book using the credit.

If i could give zero stars

If i could give zero stars, I would. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of coming into business with. They have misleading adverts and dodgy workers. Not as dodgy as the boss which I have been into contact with more times when he was high on something than sober.Absolutely unprofessional and was not empathetic to covid situations at all. Previous worker told me of how corrupt it is and how they lie to their customers.

Horrible little blonde woman

I arrived in London today after travelling from Belfast I booked an apartment via booking ComWe spent 1:20mins getting to the office We were meet with what I have to say was the worst customer services experience I have ever experienced from a horrible little blonde woman who was in interested in us our booking and when I asked a question she kept referring me to the website not very good we then discovered that the apartment we rented was an hours journey back in the direction we cameVery furstrating as we left the office she and annoy her member of staff began laughing at our situation not what you want after spending nearly £400 for a two night stay. I felt compiled to write this if she shouldn’t be the representative of any business who care about customer service. I plan to copy this to trip advisor and social mediaTo top it off on arriving at the apartment which is ok the reception lift and forth floor landing sink of rare sewage we had to buy air fresheners to spray in the common areas to keep the smell down a bit.

Poor Management

Had one of their apartments for 3 nights by Tower Bridge , my Wife and 3 Grandkids. Apartment was nice but could have do with freshening up but the main problem was two big leaks in the kitchen running through the lights on to the wooden floor.. They were not interested, never came out to check , didn't care. Terrible Management. There are a lot of good companies out there for London , give these a wide berth and if you have had the bad Management we received off them then give them a bad review and let others know.
