Avoid this company if you don’t want to deal with thieves!I forgot my moncler jacket in the boot with my passport inside the pocket as I was rushing when leaving the cab after a two hour journey from Rinas. I called the company and went to their main office in Tirane (from Vlora two hours away) to be told that they could not find it and the driver did not know where it was and the morning driver likely has misplaced it when taking the car.I spoke to the driver to whom was stuttering on the phone when speaking which definitely raised suspicions off the bat. He said he would find out with the morning driver as he only had one other client who did not use the boot that night.I went to the office and the morning driver was shouting at us saying it’s the wrong company you are looking for another company down the road trying to shift us out of the office quickly. I contacted the owner of the company through the manager who did not really seem to care that they employ people how have clearly stolen this jacket and was not phased by the situation to come to a solution and make one of the two drivers own up to taking the jacket and passport.I told them the passport is more important to me as I am flying out the next day and would need to apply for a new one which would be a huge burden to me but they did not budge.Very unprofessionally, I would avoid them like the plague unless you’re travelling without any bags or valuables as the company have sticky fingers, no accountability and zero morals.
