Smooth install and great customer support
We recently installed SmartWings motorized shades throughout our home and have been really happy with how everything turned out.The shades look clean and modern, and the motors are quiet and smooth. Smart home integration was important to us, and we did run into some initial issues with our Matter network. Marina from customer support was great to work with. She was responsive and helped us troubleshoot step by step until everything was working properly.That kind of support makes a big difference. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone on the other side who actually helps when something doesn’t go as planned.Overall, we’re very satisfied and would recommend SmartWings.

I was having trouble getting my blinds…
I was having trouble getting my blinds to connect with my Alexa app. Spent over an hour working with Amazon, with no progress. Then I called Smartblinds, and spoke with Tia. She was so knowledgeable,and solved all my problems. She was patient and pleasant. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Interior Designer perspective
Im an interior designer and I decided to give this product a chance and I’m so glad I did so! Big savings for my client but definitely need to find an installer if you aren’t somewhat into DIY. The product every bit as nice as Lutron and a fraction of the price. The remote mechanisms function perfectly as well. Just a side note: where two shades meet in a corner remember to account for projection on the boxes. We made the mistake of not doing so and had to reorder one shade a tad shorter to account for the mistake. But the replacement too was handled very professionally and even with that added cost was quite the savings over even Lowe’s

Poor shade design doesn’t conceal wire
We just received our order this week. However customer service is not very helpful so far. The shades are poorly designed and don’t conceal the wite that’s sent with the blinds. The wire is thicker than the top of the shade and won’t conceal it. Tried to contact customer service. Bot can’t help and said to email them. We did and the email response at 6am today was not helpful. Emailed again for help and no response. The wire should be concealed. Very poor design from what we can tell so far. I’ll change my review if customer service was much more helpful. At this point, we don’t recommend.

Absolutely incredible experience! Superb customer support throughout the selection and ordering process. The roller shades came perfectly packed and everything was exactly as ordered. Esme (our customer support person) even made certain that our order included some self taping screws. The shades were super easy to install and work perfectly. We couldn’t be more pleased with our SmartWings purchase. We like them so much, we’re ordering more!

Ease of installation and preprogrammed blinds were perfect for our needs. We purchased light filtering blinds (not blackout) and they were exactly what we wanted. Everything was completely as expected.

Very happy with these drapes
Very happy with the material, color and transparency of the drapes. Installation was easy, but would have appreciated instructions only pertinent to my drape configuration instead of all possible installations. Would have also liked a power supply that reached to the floor but was able to extend its cable.

Matter based Roller is not good
Customer service is great. Smartwings team response is prompt. But I would like to give my feedback on Matter based Product. I have about 23 Smartwings roller shades, few of them is regular Zigbe based shade those works fine…. But i have about 8 Matter Based Roller Shades, those are very inconsistent. Unfortunately all 8 shades i installed on 20ft high windows, which cause problem every time, i need to re sync every other month, which is very difficult.

You have the type of product that I wanted but it was a little unclear on some options when ordering the motorized black out shade. Specifically, it shows a remote in the photo when choosing the type of motor but then later it says optional on a remote but required for initial set up so that would mean it’s not exactly optional and yet it didn’t come with a remote

Local Installer FTW
I used the local install service and it was well worth it! Our installer measured for us and helped advise what to order. I got three shades with Matter motors, and quickly had them added to my Google Home Hub to open/close on a schedule.Our shades arrived quickly, even with the Christmas holiday, and looked perfect. I would highly reccommend ordering the fabric samples before purchasing your blinds.

We started our experience selling blinds with Alina. She was so supportive and helpful throughout the complete experience - patience with all our questions and overnight responses every time. SmartWings are lucky to have such a dedicated and response person on their staff!We installed Roller and Cellular blinds throughout our newly constructed house and are very pleased with the result. I personally did the installation which was quick and easy. The blinds were manufactured precisely to the measurements we provided and even preprogrammed to stop at the precise height requested. Packaging was very good and shipment quick. Had an issue with one blind being missed off the shipment, but Alina quickly got this resolved.Overall a great experience with SmartWings, and excellent customer support.Tony
