Just started using this pillow as I purchased it in the warmer weather and had no need for it. The battery charged once, held a charge for a short time, and now it won’t even charge. The company has not responded to any of my emails. There is no other way to contact them. I am guessing this company might be out of business. Total waste of my money and disappointed in a faulty product and lack of response or communication.
