They sent me fake Zyn product. I should have trusted the reviews but I gave it a shot. Bad decision. I contacted their support to ask them to help resolve the issue. I’ll contact my credit card to help me with the situation. I don’t know if the positive reviews are legit or if they are affiliated with this site.

Counterfeit Zyn
I experienced counterfeit Zyn. The QR code on the back is void. I contacted Zyn directly and gave them all the information on the back of the can, including the QR code. They told me the product that I purchased from SNUS EVERYDAY is fake. A counterfeit product. To contact my credit card company. I noticed that the product doesn't taste the same, and the pouches become hard, after placing against my gums.

Order placed and arrived timely as stated
I placed my order of 30 cans and received my package within the expected 3 business days. I was highly worried that a few potential issues would arise after review. But, in my specific case I’m a happy customer and it’s just unfortunate that other customers have had issues.

Worth Every Penny
