Our company, Squaretrade, want able to fulfill incentive orders placed thru the company. Linnks didn't work, graphic images didn't show products, and eventually the company stopped the incentives. This frustrated many as some got the incentives, others did not. This may be a 50/50 split with our internal handling of the issues as this has happened before. Unfortunate that a positive attempt to build staff loyalty and good will turned to frustration and feelings of being left out.

My order took about 3 months to be shipped and delivered when it said it was going to take up to two weeks.

Whole process felt like I was getting scammed. Had to confirm with work that this wasn't a phishing attempt. Need a better way to present this in a world full of phishing attempts.
