Fraudulent company!
Fraudulent company!! Went to return an unopened chandelier. By their request, we had to send them pictures so had to open the box. They finally gave us the return address information and we shipped it back at $150 cost via insured UPS per their instructions—taping their original box up really well. Two months after they received it I contacted them for the refund and they said that the chandelier arrived in a different box and they couldn’t confirm that all the parts were there. This is an outright lie. They offered a return amount of $147 35% of the cost. I already paid for the cost plus shipping it back. Liars !!!! Fraudulent company!!! Run. Do not buy from them!
