There was a small problem with my serial number, I wrote to them and less than 30 min they were on in and fixed the problem. Super company Highly recommended!

Problem registering my product
After lodging my query this Company responded quickly with advice. When that "fix" was not successful they again responded quickly to my email and were able to resolve the problem.

the program itself is a joke. its exactly the same thing as the 2020 version, no real updates, everything is exactly the same. pathetic ripoff.however you guys were great. no issues, no problems.

I had a problem activating a product that I purchasedEarly last year, I needed to get it working again after my HDD crashed, but it would not activate, so I sent off an email explaining my problem. They reset the key, and it was all sorted within 5 minutes, so I want to recommend this company to others for their excellent after-sales service

First purchase and it was great!
This was my first purchase and I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly greeted by Richard in an email that I received a couple of hours after my purchase.There was a link in the email, followed with my software's serial key. The best part was the personal invitation to contact Softwarelands for any questions, concerns or help with anything. I decided to reply to the email with a personal Thank You email ...I received an answer from Richard a few moments later. I installed the software , used the key and registered my software ....I was able to save more than 50% on the original price. If you're hesitant don't be...you'll thank me later!Thanks Richard!

HELP!!!!!
Bought InPixio Photo Studio from Softwarelands thru ebay and could not install as there was no license or instructions. Emailed Softwarelands and they explained ebay doesn't always send these things to the user and Softwarelands doesn't have that control. Richard from Softwarelands emailed me on Sunday and stated he would get back to me first thing Monday in the office with these two things so I could install my software. He followed up first thing and I am up and running!!!!!!!!! Tanks to Richard from Softwarelands!!!! All is GOODER!!!!!!!

I messed up the order and got a Mac key for the software, but a quick dialogue with their support team meant I was up and running on Windows very quickly to deal with an urgent job.Fast service at a fair price, what more can you ask for?Richard was extremely helpful from the Customer Support team and sorted the problem out swiftly

Excellent customer service !
There was a snag that was very quickly cleared up. Response to requests for help with the snag were nearly instant and the snag was with the registration code of the software author's site, not Softwarelands. Software has been tested and is perfect for my needs .
