Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Customer Service! I heard about this company and ordered bicycle apparel. I was impressed by how reasonable their prices were, as well as the designs. However, their sizing charts leave a lot to be desired. For some reason their sizing charts are confusing, and even after reading them more than once, the apparel received does not fit well.Getting a response from them is like pulling teeth. They take forever to respond, that too if they want to. The longevity of their clothing is to be seen, because it is a new as of now.

This is one of those brands that really give you a pleasant surprise from the very start. The customer experience of deciding what size to buy is excellent. Even when I had made a mistake in my order, they immediately corrected it when I messaged them via Facebook in time. Delivery was extremely fast. I like the jersey designs because they do not have so many of those loud or unnecessary labels. For this reason, I bought another set, and neither did they disappoint a 2nd time.

My total experience started with the process to buy, it is really easy and fast, all information to choose you best size is super clear. Also I get a discount code which is great I save around the shipping expenses. Once you place your order. Tina contact me to double check the sizes I have choose, no other brand make that kind of thing. Items take a few weeks to arrive considering the place from where those were shipped. But once you have it, package is great, clothes are protect from any possible shipping damage. Once you open and take the feel of the fabric of bib and jersey you know the super quality of clothes you have already bought. You will not wait a second to try it on. Both, bib and jersey are extremely insane comfortable. Can not wait to use it for my weekly spin.

Actually I got size problem with their jersey, and I contacted them on IG, they replied me so quickly and helped me exchange the fite size without any extra costs. Really impressed by the product quality,and customer service. Love Souke shinning lable also, if you trynna find a solid cycling brand with lower price, souke would be perfect.
