I ordered three "nightlights" in November 2025 for Christmas gifts. When they failed to arrive I contacted the company. Edward quickly got back to me. After extended research he found they were stuck in shipping. Edward quickly shipped me three replacement solar lights, which arrived in plenty of time. Fast forward 3 months. In February 2026 the missing items arrived. I reached out to Edward sharing the situation. Surprise! He said I should keep them. That was totally unexpected. Thanks!

I was happy with my purchase which arrived fairly quickly and well wrapped to prevent breakage. I needed to use scissors to cut the tape and accidentally snipped the power cord-ugh!I emailed the company to request a replacement, which I was prepared to pay for. They responded very quickly and advised that they had sent me a new cord and did not charge me for it. The email was from Edward who was super quick to fix my issue. Customer service was awesome!

Spacetrips PLEASE AVOID!!!
I purchased two astronaut night light projectors from Spacetrips via a facebook pop up advert. Despite having an order dispatch confirmation email and tracking number the tracking site does not show any activity some 2 weeks later and says that the item is in transit. There is no way to contact Spacetrips other than an online chat page. Nobody responds to this. I fear I have been scammed. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!

Damaged goods, being akward about return
Items delivered and box severely damaged - no way I could gift.Trying to return and even although sent photos of damage, they need evidence of time of photos!!!They are being akward as they wont refund money if package returned damaged…. so even although I have evidence, they are not willing to accept this, will say damaged on my return and refuse refund.Would not buy from them again.

Space Trips Astronaut Night Light
I ordered two units as XMas presents for my boys. Both units stopped working within a week of using. I emailed the company that responded but said I would need the box to return as they needed the bar code!? I no longer had the box, I have the receipt and order no to prove purchaser but they have still declined to refund or replace the units with out the box. Unit 1 - No stars, unit not working as it should.Unit 2 - Did not work with the remote and the stars function has also stopped working.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IF THE UNIT IS FAULTY IT WILL NOT BE REPLACED WITHOUT THE BOX, SO KEEP THE BOX!!
