Martell set us up with a wireless reader that actually works in our outdoor booth. Our old one dropped connection constantly. Haven't had a single issue since switching.

We were using loaner equipment

We were using loaner equipment that was glitchy so I called Germaine and he got us high quality terminals that have made a dramatic difference. I had a little trouble setting them up but Germaine walked me through it while I ran a test transaction. Everything is working like a charm.

I was on hold for a bit longer than I hoped but once I got through, Caroline was helpful. She answered every question and didn't rush the call even though I could tell were busy. I'd wait again if it meant getting her on the line.

Toni took her time with me even

Toni took her time with me even though I was all over the place. I was trying to print out a report and talk to her at the same time while my kid was crying in the background. She stayed patient, didn't rush me, and somehow I got it all sorted out. She even emailed me a step-by-step after. Thanks Toni!

Germaine was super helpful, not in a robotic way, but like... he actually understood what I was trying to say even when I didn't explain it well. He walked me through the terminal reset and showed me something I didn't even call about. Totally went above and beyond for me.

Martell has been AMAZING!

Martell has been AMAZING! He answered every question I had about the loan terms. He didn't sugarcoat it, just explained what I'd be paying, when, and how it works with my processing. I've worked with lenders before and never felt this informed.

Toni just gets it. She doesn't overtalk, doesn't overpromise—just helps. Told her I was new to this and she didn't make me feel dumb once. I even asked the same thing twice and she didn't finch. That's good training right there.

Had to call in to update

had to call in to update our address and ended up staying on the phone 20 minutes talking about my statement. The guy (I think his name was Germaine ?) explained the fees better ever has. Not what I expected from a "quick call" but I'm glad I did it.

Martell is one of the calmest

Martell is one of the calmest reps I've ever dealt with. I was genuinely freaking out about a double charge situation. He talked me through it and helped me figure out it wasn't even a processor issue, it was my POS system. Still, he stayed with me the whole time. That's rare.

I've dealt with payment processors that didn't take security seriously, which caused a lot of stress. Germaine was a game changer - they clearly prioritize fraud protection and PCI compiliance.
