I redeemed 100 for them 4 days ago and its only supposed to take 1 -3 I've never cashed out with them so im starting to think this site is a fake I'll update if I get to adventually redeem.

Games Freeze a Lot, Will Steal Your Money.
Games freeze a lot during play, but so far I have won several bonuses since beginning to play, far better payouts than any I have played so far in over a year. We shall see how long it takes to get my $1800 redemption requested today to my Skrill and that will determine if it goes to five stars. UPDATE: Deposit within 24-hours. I won over $3k, but played down to $1800. However it is one star now because they had pop ups stating $49.99 and I was charged $749.99, $499.99 and another $499.99. They say it’s a system issue but no refund still and they still haven’t corrected the issues forcing me to deal with the banks and federal institutions. I wish I could upload the chats and screen shots of the false advertising.

Splash Coins is the absolute best. Roy and Mortiz are absolute ROCK STARS. My first time playing I hit BIG. Mortiz and Roy responded to each of my emails and injuries like I was the only person playing game. I have literally deleted all my other online casino games SPLASH COINS is it for me.

Almost a week since I put in for a sub…
Almost a week since I put in for a sub 200 redemption. Zero communication or updates. My account was verified weeks ago and they have not requested any other documents, or contacted me in any way for that matter. When I tell support I'm concerned I have been scammed and that if a resolution cannot be found I will need to call the bank for a chargeback, then they are able to respond within 60 seconds with "we have forwarded this to a specialist and they will be back with you very soon". These mysterious specialists on the other hand have had days and have not said a peep.In the time that I have been waiting for splash coins to honor my redemption I have submitted and received 4 other redemptions from 4 other sites. Two of these sites are less than 6 months old and they are able handle redemptions in a timely matter.Splashcoins was already low on my list. The game selection is pitiful, the RTP is lower than many of their peers, promo offers stink compared to the promos offered by their peers, it took over 8 days to verify my account, and now we are going on days 6 of waiting for a $150 redemption. If you want to waste your money at an unregulated shady gambling website there are much better options than splash. Go to one of the sites giving 200 for 100 starter packages and they will actually honor redemptions , unlike splash.

I wouldn’t trust these reviews, because for their $25 to get $50 deal, didn’t win anything, and if I did get 1 bonus it was also 4.80. And for $50 to not win 1 thing give me a break. Just another one of those casinos that you don’t put money on. Should have went with my guy

Some of the best customer service I have ever received from any online gaming service! I had an issue that Ellie very quickly helped me work through and went above and beyond on to make sure I was happy playing at splash coins. Great game selection as well and always adding more. Withdrawal was fast as well. Would definitely recommend splashcoin just off of their customer service!
