Stallion Deliveries will kill your business.
Do NOT use stallion deliveries if you care about your brand image. Extremely unprofessional riders and their customer service has got no clue how to help. They'll take 10-15 days to deliver a parcel from lahore to karachi and forget about quetta and peshawar.. Random Parcels returned and when we contacted our customers, they never got a call and the delivery person never even made an attempt to deliver. They'll make money by randomly returning your parcels stating the customers refused. Fake delivery promises to us and our customers that the parcel will be delivered today, tomorrow but it'll never get delivered and they'll return and make money on it.I've lost most of my repeat customers because of their poor service and fake promises.Everytime I book a parcel on their panel, I then have to tell the rider of my area to please come today and pick up the parcel. One time, he simply refused and told me he can't come today as he's got other parcels from other locations and i'm out of his way. wth?it'll take me a lot of time to regain the trust of my customers because of their pathetic service.From Lahore to quetta, they took 20 days and even after talking to them multiple times to deliver the parcel early.. fake promises. Only to find out on 20th day that the parcel has been marked for return without even informing us. For every parcel, we are always tensed and have to keep a track whether the parcel will get delivered or not.Stallion deliveries, if you read this. Shut your business and go home, you're destroying other people's businesses and have some shame for your fake promises of 3rd day delivery.
