Its the classic bait and switch scam.They lure you in with promises, make you jump through alot of hoops, and at the end you get mislead and waste your time and money. Don’t trust this company.
Aja and Delia were very pleasant, personable, polite, yet professional. I thought the deal was too good to be true at first, so I was cautious but the two ladies answered every one of our questions honestly and directly. They worked with us and our budget to the best of their abilities. My boyfriend and I did end up signing the contract and are excited to go on our trips!
Antwine and Dalia were wonderful and the presentation was not pushy at all.
Fiancé and I sat for a timeshare presentation and the sales switch was very good. However, the higher ups at the company were extremely rude and condescending. When reaching out to customer service, they were dismissing or unhelpful
I went to go and listen to the presentation and got the "free" Vacation that comes with it, which I was fine paying the resort fees since I said no to doing the cruise (which would have had port fees to pay). So since I said no to the cruise they were trying to push they offered 3 hotels I could stay at for free. One of the 3 hotels they offered for the Bahamas clearly states that it is ALL INCLUSIVE" even when you go on the actual resort website it says that it is al inclusive (meaning all food and drinks are free) so I was scheduling my trip and AMBER said I had to pay an additional $900 on top of the $152 I had just paid and said we dont pay for food and drinks the 900 is for the package to have food and drinks supplied. They website for the actual resort has no such thing on it and the food and drinks because it is all inclusive is apart of the staying price. So whats with the lies this company tells you. They say you won a free vacation but you still have to pay and then more apparently. Why even offer the ALL INCLUSIVE resort on the list of places if you are going to make me pay for it and not follow it actually being all inclusive. Even on the merek travel website they send you to it doesnt say you have to pay for meals and drink at the all inclusive place. Ah, just another scammer at the mallIt was bad enough they tried to make it seem like they were giving deals on vacations wanting you to pay 20 grand for the membership for how many 6/7 vacations total just to say you still have to pay at those hotels too. wll if you want 20 grand for a membership the vacations should be free. weird
Such a friendly staff. I highly recommend using your future vacations through this amazing company.

The area was clean and the staff was extraordinarily friendly. Amanda and Dalia were both wonderful at presenting and making us feel comfortable. If the timing was better, we would have definitely signed up. We went in with expectations that it was going to be more aggressive, but that was not the reality. A very well run business.
I would just like to say that even though we were unable to get the AMAZING packages they have,dealing with the staff was great. Amanda was so welcoming and down to earth and really wanted to get to know us as people and our family and even wanted to see pictures of the kids. She was absolutely amazing and when we’re financially able to, we plan on going back to Sundance and seeing the staff again! Thank you Sundance for being so welcoming,understanding and just overall genuine. You really are a family friendly place and we loved not only the prices and packages but just our experience there in general!-Christina and Chad
We had a great experience with Sundance vacations. Steven and Adam both worked so hard to make vacationing a reality for us. We did end up signing for one of their packages and I’m excited to start taking family vacations ! Thank you so much to Steven and Adam !!

Presentation was really great, Dalia explained everything very well. Wish we have more time to make the down payment due us loving the packages. I recommend anyone who has the time to listen and that vacations alot to go. It's worth it.
