Really bad customer service support
Really bad customer service support. The San Diego Company called me from a Michigan Area code 'sus', asked me for my credit card and pictures of my license with myself. They eventually just cancelled my order. This is a second rate company and while they have a sticker that claims 'Assembled in USA" pretty much their parts are stamped made in China. Customer rep had an accent. I don't trust this company.

Will it EVER arrive?! PS. (Customer service is awful)
Customer service is horrible. Ordered and paid in April. Was supposed to get it beginning of May. Now mid June. Started trying to get answers 2 weeks ago but when I contact for updates, they will only say be patient, soon. 1k+being held hostage with nothing to show for it.😭

silent support service
I purchased a Shapeshifter in mid-December. My order took a long time to arrive because they forgot to notify the warehouse before the holiday break. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. After a month of commuting and appreciating the compact design of the Shapeshifter, three spokes on my rear wheel suddenly broke—without any incident or impact. I reached out to Superhuman Bikes for a quick solution, as I rely on my bike daily and local repair shops were unwilling to fix the issue since they were unfamiliar with the brand. They sent me three replacement spokes within 10 days (I live in San Francisco), but they were 1 cm too short compared to the originals. Since then, it’s been 15 days without any response to my messages. This level of service is incredibly unprofessional.[Update] Superhuman Bikes provided me with a new rear wheel after 1.5 months. It’s slightly different from the original, so some mechanical adjustments were needed to get it back on the bike. It’s a happy ending, even though the process took a long time.

Id give it 0 stars if I could
Id give it 0 stars if I could. Literally just trying to talk to someone and either nobody answers or i get put on "hold" to get left and forgotten about. Need to get fundamental business practices in order before making weird youtube videos

2 bad bikes, 1 terrible company.
I initially backed a campaign via Indiegogo for the Superhuman Photon. Initially, things seemed great as they had a dedicated FB group for supporter feedback and communication. Updates were given at a very reasonable pace and things seemed on track.Well, they totally blew the estimated September 2024 delivery date. I really didn’t have an issue with this because manufacturing challenges can pop up - though, we’d been given no clue that this was becoming an issue.Fast-forward to late December 2024, the bikes have been received and Superhuman starts shipping them out. However, the timing was terrible, mine arrived on Xmas Eve after attempting to have to it held several times due to holiday travel. No luck and SH’s customer support still never replied back to my inquiry to get assistance on their side. This would have been nothing more than a mild annoyance if the bike delivered wasn’t wholly different than the one they advertised during the campaign:- marketed as a stealth bike, and it was at the conceptual stage, but the battery compartment had a massive increase in size - you can clearly tell it’s an ebike now.- marketed as having 5-speeds, delivered with only 3- marketed as 38lbs, but it’s actually 48lbs- glow effect is laughableI’ve reached out to Superhuman for a refund, though I doubt I’ll ever receive a response, but thankfully my bank has a one-year window for chargebacks, so that’s the avenue I plan to take. All the while, the owner Rob continues to make the lamest of social media videos in an attempt to be edgy. Beyond that, I also purchased a Shapeshifter as a gift and that thing delivered in such laughable shape with one of the worst instruction manuals I’ve ever seen. Took me almost a month to have them send out one little part that BROKE (because it was so cheaply produced) during transit. I didn’t gift the embarrassing contraption, I’m just waiting til warmer weather to sell it now.Superhuman produces typical mass produced poor quality e-bikes that are somehow more expensive than the junk you’d find on Amazon. Look elsewhere.

This company is so awesome!!!
This company is so awesome, the people are so friendly and honest when it comes to answering all my questions for all there bikes. I finally decided on the Weapon X, full carbon fiber, 50 pound beast. The quality and support is what made me purchase my bike here. Also, being in San Diego I want to support my local dealer/shops.

Great bikes and even better service
Great bikes and even better service! I bought a F5 Trail from them and mentioned to one of the workers that the way the motor and throttle felt out of the box felt different to my old bike. The customer service worked with me to get my bike updated with programing that felt much better to me and ever since you can not get me off of this bike.

The Babymaker Rocks!
I bought the Babymaker after my friend in San Juan Capistrano let me ride his bike during a visit. I had not been on any kind of bicycle in over five years so things were a bit wobbly at first but I gained my confidence within a few minutes. By the time our 15-mile ride was over, I was ready to buy one for myself.FLX sent me the bike in a big box and I put it together myself in the living room of my house in Albuquerque, New Mexico using YouTube videos for guidance. In retrospect, I think it would have been wiser if I had brought the box directly to a bike shop and let them do the assembly because it can get tricky at times. It's probably a good thing I let the bike shop check my work over because there were quite a few adjustments that needed to be made.Albuquerque bike trails are awesome but there are a lot of nasty goat heads all over the place and I had a few blowouts with the stock tires, which I eventually replaced using Tannus Armour inserts, thornproof inner tubes and knobby mountain bike outside tires. I've driven well over 400 miles since I bought my bike and made the tire modifications and I have not had any problem with the tires since.Realistically, I can get 25 solid miles of riding before I start to run out of juice: I'm riding through heavy winds and up big hills, so you might be able to get better mileage. But even if you run out of power, the bike is so lightweight that it's not the end of the world if you have to pedal. Hell, if I can do it, you can (I'm 66 years old!)FLX has been incredibly helpful to me throughout my learning curve. I recently bought a new helmet from them and it fits like a glove. It's a great company! The Babymaker was designed and manufactured in America so I'm not worried about the kind of malfunctions (battery blow-ups) you read about in the news. I have total confidence in the machine and even sleep in the same room with it. I get compliments from people I don't know every time I take out the Babymaker. Its design is very minimalist and beautiful.I don't know much about bikes but it was love at first sight when I first saw the Babymaker and, even with the tire problems that I had at first, my love for it has not diminished an iota.I highly recommend the Babymaker to anybody who is looking for an electric bike: You simply cannot go wrong.

Electric Bike Review
Came into the Miles Board shop and met Thomas! Thomas was very helpful and nice! Just test drove all the electric bikes including the baby maker, bandit, and the weapon! The electric motor assist was incredible! They're all amazing bikes! Very nicely made and well built! I love the electric colors that they have for them as well. I could definitely see myself taking these out on the weekends or just riding around my neighborhood to a local trail. I will definitely be getting one of these bikes soon! I think the electric orange one is my favorite!
